Some Himeno closure and an easy revenge for Aki. At least he got that because I doubt he'll be able to touch the gun devil. For some reason I thought the future devil's power would be different, a little more OP, but this makes sense being able to see a bit ahead. Matched with Aki's swordsmanship and it will only get better. Hoping to see a lot more of Kobeni.

What I like the most about this development was the fact his training didn't grew his power level like some BS fight manga instead was about skill using his powers and mental? Intellectual? Growth!?

I really like Aki in this chapter. Because Himeno was a sweetie and that dude deserved it.

That door in Denji's dream probs has something to do with the gun devil. Has this door been seen before? I can't recall it.

I love how Denji and Aki just strayed from the typical righteous shounen path and beat the sword devil guy while he was down. It was petty and a bit cruel but completely human especially considering he killed their friend.

Makima continues to give me villain/anti hero vibes although I still love her. Or maybe she's just a "the end justifies the means" kinda girl. Either way I feel between Makima's movements, Denji's dream and Power and Aki's power ups, we're getting closer to a confrontation with the the gun devil, or possibly powerful Devilmen working closely with the gun devil.

I don't understand why Eto was offed that quickly. She seemed to have some serious potential to be a good long term villain. Suicide seemed like a cheap cop out, no backstory or anything.
For reference Eto is that female villain who died this chapter, I reference Chainsaw Man characters using TG names Makes it easier to remember them, plus the series reminds me a lot of Tokyo Ghoul.

I'm guessing maybe at some point someone saw it in action. I mean the high levels of the branches like Makima seem to be 100% convinced. I think at this stage too many people have a score to settle with the gun devil for it not to exist. And I guess like any devil the gun devil makes contracts with humans to share some of his power with them, hence the fragments. We won't know this for a fact until he shows himself, but the evidence is strong that he exists.

Power looked so devo when Denji said it's fine to take her lmao. There'll definitely be a time when Power drinks way too much blood.

Shark Devilman is so clingy that a team up with Denji would be hilarious tbh. Makima is probs having Power tortured to drain the blood and this was all to distract Denji. That's the only way I can explain this Slice of Life chapter. Although it is interesting that drinking too much blood would make Power OP. A possible future trump card perhaps.

Denji i mean this would have been kinda cute if she didn't find the fact that he looks like her dead dog so funny. I'm thinking something's gonna go wrong here. Makima really might have to save him.

I wonder why Denji even felt the need to tel Pochita that Angel Devil wasn't his 2nd romantic interest. Maybe he thought Angel Devil was a girl at first (I know I did) and had some thoughts before finding out he was actually a guy lol.

Anyway, I've got a feeling that whatever the deal is with Makima, the same goes for Reza. Can't be a coincidence that the two girls Denji likes are these strong, eerie girls who Devils and humans alike are intimidated by. They both know exactly what to say to Denji, that much is clear. I reckon they're the same, the only difference being the sides they've picked.

Girls of this series are the best. We have an absolute bombshell in the current chapter. I wonder how Denji and Shark Devilman will fight it.

Yeah figured Reze couldn't be trusted. Makima or Aki and the Angel-Devil might show up to help Denji as he's a bit shell shocked at the moment. Or maybe Sharky will show us why he's Denji's new partner. Can't really see the latter happening as he seems to have a fear of the bomb devil, and someone of Reze's caliber shouldn't be taken down by anything less than a top tier adversary.

I think currently the only one available who could probably pose a problem for Reze would be Angel, at least going by Makima's praise for Angel. It's evident that the 2nd Division guys are just going to be fodder for her, whereas Denji and Aki are probably going to be easily taken down the way she did with Beam. I suppose we'll get to see what Angel is made of, that or he gets his wish, provided he feels motivated enough.

It was pretty obvious that Aki wouldn't be a match to the Gun Devil given that he's more or less struggled with the lackeys sent by the Gun Devil, he's not had any important victories after all plus he lost access to one of his stronger contracts (so he's down a demon). He'd probably get stomped by Reze since she could probably just keep him at bay with her explosions.

Reze did honestly surprise me I figured she was high ranking, I mean obviously bombs are feared greatly, but didn't expect her to actually be the Gun Devil's partner.

That said Nomo's statement was pretty interesting in saying she looked familiar, perhaps she was also a part of the division before? If Reze was part of the division or someone related then maybe the same can be said of the Gun Devil? It seems to me that Makima is already aware of their identities from the looks of it.

Aside that, I'm wondering if the Gun Devil has control over Russia? I suppose it would coincide with the militarization threat of devils mentioned earlier, as they are creating devil contracts with ease so far. The Gun Devil and his organization could be supplying Russia with the devils while Russia supplies em with the disposable humans to contract.

This. If it's a case where she was a part of the division I can't see how Makima would just let her walk away. Not someone with power like Reze. And especially not with Makima's ability to only need a name to kill. As much as I like her this makes me more suspicious of Makima tbh.
