Makima's response... was not what I expected. It seems Pochita is one of the few Devils Makima can't influence with her power, and by extension, Denji. Hence her roundabout methods to destroy him psychologically and make him utterly dependent upon her. This incident is probably going to instigate a response from Pochita. Denji hasn't been living up to his end of the bargain, and Makima needs Pochita for something.

We're definitely arriving very close to the end of the series. After Makima is somehow, someway taken care of, I think we got a pretty good idea of the ending: Denji hanging out with Kobeni and living a normal life as he and Pochita originally wanted.

I feel that in the first chance they'll kidnap/save Denji from Makima. Something will happen in order to separate them.

Makima is crushed/beaten. Something that looks like a new form of the Chainsaw devil appears :

Some kind of black army bombarded the building and shot at Makima, then they cut their throat and summoned a devil but they were killed by the chainsaw devil ( seems this is the form of the devil obtained by pulling out the chain in denji chest ? not sure about that part)

Saw a different spoiler, which has a picture of a bunch of the Devils that have worked with Makima, and holy shit, the translations got the names all wrong.

They're the names of types of angels. In addition to "Angel" himself being obvious, for example, "Beam", was "Bim", as in "Cherubim". "Prinz" was actually "Princi", short for "Principality", etc. "Power" is also a rank of angel.

It's amazing how it was right in front of our faces the whole time, but by keeping them separate, it was less obvious.

Honestly the way he was swinging around the octopus tentacles almost nonchalantly was cool and makes me wonder what kind of contract he has with it to be used so easily
