Art DGM Volume Covers Thread

^ I did a little comparison for D.Gray-man first week sales and it is as follows:
Volume 18 (Timothy cover): 300,630
Volume 19 (Allen, Tyki, Road): 244,049
Volume 20 (Kanda, Allen): 241,360

Okay, what's going on here? D8

I'm guessing its because of One Piece.:S

D.Gray-man was released on the 4th. That info doesn't even cover an entire week, so it seems like it's lower than the other volumes when it's really not.

I only mentioned the cover because some people might have forgotten which volume I was referring to. And I made the comparison because I thought it'd be an interesting point of discussion.

Also, I don't really quite think that the better sales of other series will affect the sales of DGM. The stark difference between 18 and 19 can be explained by the shift of the manga to SQ and the hiatus then. As for 19 and 20, there's not much difference, and Jaymie said, it could possibly just the time it was published.
