So Edens Zero is meant to be wrapping up soon isn’t it? I don’t think he’s said anything similar about 100YQ so will that become his main focus afterwards or will he start developing another new project? I’d like to think 100YQ could run to ~250 chapters if he’s able to focus on world building properly, I’m liking the Gold Owl plot thread after the Mercuphobia, Aldoron and Selene sections of the story were more meh than wow. I don’t want things to drag on just for the sake of it, but at the same time Guiltina is a whole new continent with a lot of potential to be explored in more detail!

It's funny how this space is in constant beef with the Edens Zero fandom...

But then again, they instigate it a lot since the fandom is like 20% fans of Mashima's works (that also like FT), 40% ex FT fans that where bullied into submission and have to justify liking EZ by dunking on FT and 40% FT haters that are ashamed for liking a manga from the author of the series they hate so they try to overcompensate. Maybe the number distribution is wrong but I legitimately feel like that sometimes, of course most of the beef comes from both fandoms antagonizing each other despite being the same author and preferring one series doesn't force you to put the other down (even If you genuinely don't care for it).

About the studio, anything that has decent animation is already a dream although I would like to have a top tier adaptation for once.

i agree. the last season did not do justice. i actually liked dragon cry animation. but it would be nice if it was mappa doing this sequel

I love the art of season 1(Episode 1-175 Iirc).And i hate season 2.The new design,the far to dark color palette and in general it dont looks good.Season 3 was some inbetween shit.S3 Acnologia was the ugliest version of him and its not even close.

If A1 is doing 100YQ,it will be a flop

A1 studio Bridge was a mistake

it seems they hate Hiro´s works that they give it the worst animation in 2014 aside of Erza vs Kagura vs Minerva that fight had some animation and final season animation in fights was trash

Fairy Tail 2009 was good no idea what they were thinking of ruining a series just because it doesn´t give them enough money

Either they should stay consistent with the same animation quality they had in 2009 or pack up and give the license of Fairy Tail to another studio that respects Hiro´s works

The important thing isn't the studio at all.
A good studio raises the probability of a good adaptation, a good adaptation however comes from the team giving a **** and having a decent budget/deadline (deadline sometimes is even more important). There's good adaptations from small studios and bad adaptations from big ones, If Mappa picks up FT100YQ but then doesn't give it any budget or talented animators because of focusing on another anime, I prefer they dont bother...

natsu vs jellal was good
natsu vs zero was good probably one of the best in the franchise
natsu vs hades was good
