For the most people in japan it's worse then hell and you're asking if the chapter will be delayed?!

First of all, the number of people affected in Japan is no where near "most" of it. Out of a population of around 125 million, maybe five million have been directly affected by the tsunami, and that's counting the millions without power. Reduce it to the missing/dead/displaced and it's closer to a million (going by the news reports).
Second, people really need to stop snapping at people asking about what kind of chapter delay's we'll be looking at. Yes what happened is a horrible tragedy, that quite literally goes without saying. The details such as how many people died, the on going problems of people displaced, nuclear plants threatening meltdown and so forth do not go without saying... but this is not the place people come to discuss those things. They come here to discuss Fairy Tail. As such the only Fairy Tail questions relevant to the quake are "Is Mashima ok?" and "What will this mean for future chapters?" The article Newkerzy posted should answer the first question. As for future chapters that's a bit more complicated.
As you can see by the spoilers posted, the chapter is coming out this week. By comments Ken Akamatsu posted on twitter, the magazine will be coming out next week as well.
However.
By other comments of his, a lot of authors finish their chapters on computers, meaning if the Tokyo region does need rolling black outs, some authors might not be able to finish their work. Similarly, the printing facilities they use might be affected by black outs delaying things. Most importantly for us, delivery may be delayed. Additionally, distribution for a fair sized section of Japan is screwed up right now. Anything that would normally ship through the damaged areas is going to take longer, thus adding to delays.
The bottom line for all of this is we will continue to get chapters, but do not be surprised if we get them closer to mid-week instead of on Saturdays. Mangastream can't do much if their raw provider can't get early copies of the magazine because shipping is taking a day or two longer.

That's probably because the only source I can find for it is some random guy on MS's facebook. Not something I would trust, and I think it's safe to say that the article Newkerzy linked to pretty much proves that Mashima is alive and unharmed.
