hmmm I think I can give a short answer to that question

But before I will hear words Vici but she is a side character ... She is irrelevant now and become weak just for you know that I don't judge characters if they are main or not and how much screentime they get same apply whatever character is strong or not for Me Personally every panel that has this character makes it better even if the scene is already awesome
Kagura Mikazuchi why I like her character so much well as some of you now I train kendo as a hobby but I fall for Kagura even when at first sign when she was showed when she wasn't carrying katana when MH enters the stage I was like ok that guild looks like they will be pushovers but girl with great design ( for me at least ) immediately catch my attention.
Design I absolutely adore Kagura design it fits her and her personality Hiro is putting a lot of work for her which is cool cause not every side character or main get that much love in that :
The White Ribbon thing : how to make good design unique give something to character that also determines her design for Kagura it's her white ribbon ( only removed during Grand ball and shower scene
) we will probably never know the story behind it but I like to think that's a memento of her Mother or someone close ( or just her style ) she was wearing it since she was a little girl.

Backstory : Most of the characters in FT have a sad and good backstory ( Hiro is good at that part ) .
Kagura is no exception here what I personally like the most in her backstory it shows her how cruel world around her was shaping her cold personality towards people that didn't earn her trust and her undying determination to retrieve the happiness and only close person left for her ( she was looking for Simon for almost 10 years starting as a 7/8 years old girl, of course, it would be easier to give up but it just shows how precious was Simon for Kagura so I can even understand her hatred later towards Jellal even if he isn't 100 % guilty of her loss )
Tough on the outside but Soft inside ( personality overall i think
) : Kagura have shown some leadership skills ( Girls from MH are looking at her like a person that they would want to be ) and cold personality even towards her guild own guildmates << is she cold I think it more matter of public image that Kagura want to keep After Kagura spot Jellal during GmG games she become more cold than usual which was spotted by Risley that Kagura " Isn't her usual self in hotel " she is more opened to the people she is close and that earn her trust ( she is basically Erza in early FT but her armor around her heart was destroyed like Erza and she hasn't opened to people )..
She also doesn't wanna bring anyone into her personal goals if that can hurt or put that people in danger ( only Millianna from MH knew about Kagura goals and share that goal but as Kagura said it was Millianna free will to follow her or not )
She wants to protect them even if that lower her chances to reach her goal ( she didn't bring out the whole Jellal thing in GmG for the judges/audience cause she didn't wanna hurt also innocent people << same probs goes for Jura and some others but unlike them that would do that out of respect for FT Kagura didn't knew anyone there ( yet ))
Despite her condition, she is willing to drag her sword to defend the one she loves ( Erza thing ) even if her state and body says her to stop :
But yet even is she is such stubborn person (
) and can push herself over her limits when someone she holds dear wants to do the same she disagrees with that for they safety :

Lastly, For the people she holds close to her heart she is ready to throw away her personal gains and feelings just like she show when she saves choose to save Jellal for Erza sake ( also for her own as well cause she may finally move towards future << if she survives
) <<< Would she do that for someone else than Erza i think yes During Grand Magic Games she was ready to kill Minerva and Erza just to get Millianna back ( it was prior Simon case came to light and Kagura was ready to become a person she absolutely despise just for Millianna sake )
