Pretty sure Irene is into anything, as long as it's pleasurable enough for her. Have you seen August's Schwarzenegger-like body? No wonder Larcade was with her. His magic would be a good pastime for Irene.

Well the're several things that bothered me in the story:

1) Lucy vs Flare; I know not many people like Lucy,but this fight was freaking bad.I mean Flare uses hair magic and Lucy didn't use cancer to cut her bold and win in one move.

2) How was Minerva afectedby Macro?It doesn't affect people with demon particles (like Mira) but Minerva who was part demon was affected?

This Arc:
1) Red lightning;Still waiting for an explaination
2) How the hell did both Gajeel and Levy survive? Sabertooth members were dropping dead by being just near Broodman,but Levy survived and even Gajeel? Because of iron lungs? But just in the next chapter Levy explained that the particles affect through the skin and Gajeel wasn't fighting 24/7 with his iron skin.Then the handicap.As soon as Broodman was starting to lose,why did't use Macro o Gajeel or the sensation curse on him to decrease the pain felt?
3)Missed opportunity of Nienhart summoning Layla before being one-shooted by Natsu.

Lunno, I also noticed this honestly, I just thought this was creating an opportunity for Mira to show up and save everyone.

Yeah this is honestly one of the worst parts of this arc to me, there's an explanation with the training but it still feels half assed somehow.

Well she made Cancer cut the Duke's hair in the begining,but Flare was a bit more sadistic and was on the team which assulted Wendy.She had more of a reason to cut her hair than the Duke's.

If I remember correctly it's because Mira has demon particles in her body she absorbed/took over by her magic.Best explanation I have.

You have no idea how many times I've asked these questions...

The only answer I've been able to properly find is that he lost due to plot. I mean, the Iron Lungs thing was incredibly lucky to begin with but the end of the fight made it clear that there was plot induced stupidity (Bradman not using his hax curses). The fact that both of them survived is clear plot armour too, Levy should be severely injured if not dead and Gajeel should be a cloud of MBP's. Universe One saving Gajeel is pretty much the cherry on top that shows how insanely messed up that fight was, it nicely spared Gajeel but let Bradman die... magic itself was biased.
