I don't read it so I don't know if it's good or not but its not made by Mashima. Story and art is by another guy called Shibano Kyouta. You can just check it out though.

Yeah I think I might just check out the first chapter and based on that make a decision.

I read the first chapter and I found it somewhat enjoyable. I haven't caught up with it recently, partially due to it not getting me right into the story like what Fairy Tail Zero did. That said, they have a different "feel" to them, but if it piqued your interest at all I'd say give it a try.

Yeah I just read 3 chapters of the Fairy Tail Gaiden and I found it particularly enjoyable, in my own opinion, I would so far rank it over Fairy Tail Zero.

Not sure but I think most are monthly. Perhaps someone else can confirm this

That only appeared in the mangahelpers translation. I'd say yes, but then again I'm not 100% sure seeing Mangastream didn't include it.

Depends on the scans they might've taken it off when cleaning them.

The art style reminds me a bit of the Fairy Tail Gaiden about Sabertooth... I could be wrong though

I still dunno. Yes, it doesn't look like Hiro Mashima's art style.

Fairy Tail Zero - Chapter 11-13

We finally see some sparks out of Yury and Mavis, where the both became friends who trusted each other. The sad truth was also revealed about Zera. Oh... it's so touching, that I cried buckets and buckets..... But it's good that Yury told Mavis the truth or Mavis would only live in the past and could not move on in life.

At the end, Fairy Tail is formed, and with Mavis marvelous ambition and aspiration for her new guild concluded the founding of Fairy Tail.

"I want to make this guild, one that values peace. A family!" - It's really well said and till this day, the Fairies are still holding on to the values that their first master has set for them. A group of people who shares their hearts and believe in each other unconditionally.
