Well, I had guessed that much about Zeira, but it still sent shivers down my spine when I read it.
Truly a great twist, even though a bit predictable.

This makes her story even more tragic.

So Mavis' growth problem is finally explained. Somehow, this chapter made me imagine just how Mavis would have looked if she had grown normally. Zeira's existence was also clarified. The chapter before this was the biggest hint where Pretch didn't even notice her and she somehow managed to get on the dragon with ease. Zeira herself must have known all this while. Well, it would be interesting if she didn't but she seems to have known. If that was the case, I wonder why she's shy about meeting people when she technically isn't there.

Anyway it seems she isn't "regular" illusion and it also seems she receives "benevolent miracle from the Heavens"..

Hm I also think one moment here kinda strange.

Only Mavis could see Zeira (who has got personality), only FT ppl can see current Mavis (who also has got personality). Mavis and Zeira will switch places ?!
Or maybe Zeira isn't just illusion /isn't illusion but soul itself, soul like current Mavis ?!

Yeah that's a fair point. Mavis is perfectly capable of creating illusions that everyone can see but Zeira is different. I understand that Mavis doesn't know Zeira is an illusion so it might hamper the normal effect in some way but Mavis feels Zeira is real so if she subconsciously created Zeira, then it would be more normal for her to also subconsciously make Zeira visible to all. Zeira might indeed be a soul and not an illusion Mavis created. Maybe Mavis even took the idea from her for her current state. The Mavis that appears to the FT members is certainly not an illusion.

Actually next volume (with FT Zero #12) should be on sale at June '15-'19

That's just disappointing. So Zeira is just an illusion or a ghost. Then she's not Gildartz's mom. How sad, the resemblance between her and Cana is actually there.

Sincerelly I'm more interested in the new development on FT Zero, where Malvis seems to discover she has been living with a Fairy for nearly her whole life.

The magazine special Fairy Tail in which is published Fairy Tail zero and Ice Trail, will be ending on next issue (issue 13 on July). So Fairy tail Zero & Ice Trail will both end on chap 13.


That was expected considering this

Ø in the word "Zero" in the title is fading gradually from 1st chap to chap 11, and is eventually replaced by A (Zera) on chap 12.

Its a shame Fairy Tail ZERØ will only last 13 chapters, but hopefully we'll still get a good end to the story.

I think we'll find out about how Mavis seemingly became Lumen Histiore in the main story. Fairy Tail Zero serves the purpose of telling the story of how the Fairy Tail guild was formed, so anything more like finding out about Lumen Histiore in Fairy Tail Zero is a little pointless, as after Chapter 12 we only have one more chapter, which isn't enough to really delve into the mysteries of Lumen Histiore. We'll likely see more of Lumen Histiore and its backstory in this current arc of the main story, as the Tartarus Arc teased about it, and now this arc has Lumen Histiore as a key point in the story.
