Guh, seems I am left behind. This makes me curious about Raigo Issen. Does anyone know where I can read the English version? Judging from people having fun Laxus' spin-off sounds promising.

After receiving a punch from both Laxus and this lady, Ichiya asks Laxus to stop his fists... for the sake of this nice face (). Red Princess guild master starts to cry, she says, she lost and she doesn't have rights to restrain the one she loves after making him bleeding. Ichiya comforts her and Laxus is angry. They came here to save him, so what the hell this farce means?! Ichiya calms him and says he's thankful for the rescue; he didn't think they would be able to defeat those girls. He says, it's not good to fight during such a good day and after they come back to guild he will give them a champagne.

BP guys are celebrating Ichiya's comeback and Raijinshuu are worried about Laxus, who's just sitting in silence all the time. Ichiya tries to talk down to him, then Laxus asks, why someone, who isn't really strong, is so idolized in his guild? Ichiya answers, it's because he's handsome (x2) and leaves Laxus irritated. The Trimens say, that from outsiders' POV it may looks, like Ichiya isn't reliable, but he has a talent to avoiding dangerous situations without even using magic and because of that Pegasis can live in peace - that's Ichiya's strenght. Laxus asks for champagne - he will drink too. Ichiya proposes he will pour it for him and cries when Laxus refuses.

Next day Red Princess guild master comes to see Ichiya. He says, she recovered too fast

Cover: The start of new arc. It'll be a test for our bonds.

The chapter starts with a theft scene. The thief shout to his victim, that it's not good idea to low the guard in the crowd. Laxus stands in his way and when thief tries to attack, we have a retrospection of Laxus' talk with master Bob from few days ago. Master told him about special festival called Centenary Yuubi Festival in the Hamanas village, which is situated in North of BP guild. And because of the festival, BP has received request for guarding. Laxus said he's not interested in some stupid requests, but Bob caught his attention saying, it's a special request for strong mages.

After he defeated thiefs easily, Laxus is disappointed, because he thought, there will be more powerful opponents, but Raijinshuu are admiring him as always. Laxus recalls what The Trimens said about Ichiya and his strenght. Laxus wonders, what can become a strenght he can give to his family - he thinks, he will find the answer during fight with strong guys. Then he says loudly, that even BP guys could take a job like this.

Then one girl appears. She's impressed seeing Laxus' power and says, it was good idea to make a request to the guild. It's Weyse, a priest of Yuubi Festival. She recognized Laxus, now she asks about Raijinshuu. They introduce themselves as Laxus' bodyguards, but Weyse thought they are fans*, much to Freed's indignation (which is funny, considering he is the biggest fan of Laxus ). Laxus asks, what is the real request for them - she wanted the strongest, so it can't be about catching thiefs. He's right, Weyse shows them Yuudachi no Kagami**, very important, ancient mirror, which is a key to succes of Yuubi Festival. Ever notices, it's really valuable thing for treasure hunters. Freed asks, if Weyse wants them to protect it, but it's opposite - she wants them to destroy it.

* It's a wordplay. Ever used word shin'eitai, which means both "bodyguards" and "groupies". I have no idea, how to translate it even in Polish, not saying about English, sorry
** I'm not sure how to translate it. In kanji it would be "Mirror that declines evening", but in furigana it's "Mirror of sudden evening rain". Ofc, priest's name and the name of festival are my translations, so they may be different from the official ones

Spoiler: The mirror, reflection and a certain man

Weyse says, there is an old legend about the mirror and the temple. ”Once for hundred years, during bath in the dusk, the god of twilight from Yuubi Temple will awake". The god of twilight is protective deity of Hamanas village. Once for hundred years, when the village is bathed in the light of sunset, villagers store powerful magic and thanks to that they can protect their abundand land - that's Centenary Festival. But long time ago one family created this mirror, which is taking away whole light of sunset. If they won't do anything with it, there will be no future for the village. Laxus asks, if this mirror is so solid, so she made a request for strong magicians. Raijinshuu decide to take it by themselves, because Laxus won't "fire up" fighting with thing, will he? Laxus agrees, but warns them, that he felt strange magic power from this mirror.

Raijinshuu's attack didn't work at all and mirror reflected all their magic. Thanks to Laxus no one was hurted. Weyse asks them to take it seriously, and pissed Ever shouts, that Weyse should tell them earlier about reflecting magic. The priest is really worried, not only about mirror, but also, if Laxus and others will be able to oppose a certain man...
