...That's actually a good point. My system only works for people beating people weaker and stronger than them.As for your system, I don't really quite get it... wouldn't it be more fair if players got more points for beating someone actually close to them, than getting highly rewarded for bashing some noob?
How about if a character beats anyone within 5 points of his zone he gets 3 points? Under the current system, that would be the equivalent of a character beating someone 6 points higher than him.
So like,
Horio(25) beats Simon Cowell(26) So Horio gets 5 points.
Horio(25) beats Tommy Oliver The Green Ranger(20) He also gets 3 points, because Oliver is still within his range.
But if Horio beats Michael Jackson(31) who is six points stronger than him, it would fall under the formula. So 31-25=6/2=3 points as well.
So how about that for a system?
Rule N1)Characters get the amount of points the formula gives them.
Rule N2)Characters get 8 points because they are waaaaay stronger(more than 16 points of difference) than the characters they beat.
Rule N3)Characters get 3 points because their opponents are not on our list. If those characters get added to our list later, then they will have their amount of points recalculated.
Rule N4)Characters that beat characters within 5 points of their range(be it above or bellow) get 3 points.
Also, nice going with S3. Oni can pretty much murder anyone with the exception of Kazuya in the game. Very nice prediction.
About the HinataFan problem, Hinatafan has 16 points left, plus 10 from Amane...
That's 26 points left to choose anyone from the list.
To make this easier, those are the ones left to choose.Bunta (19)
Kajimoto (14)
Wakato (13)
Kurobane (8.5)
Koharu (6)
Hitouji (5.5)
Taka (3.5)
Oishi (3)
