I thought Faytes since Sherlocks is for the next season? Either way, I think Tezuka can now beat Atobe since his effects can't be nullified?

Didn't Sherlock say we're using his list this season and Fayte makes the changes for the next one in his list?

Indeed. My list for this season, Fayte's list for next season. Also, Chaos, don't post the results yet, I gotta change something in my lineup

Done, changed it. Feel free to post it. I am probably still going to lose vs Fayte though

Dammit, I lost by a freaking half a point? I should have used Jirou in Doubles 2 instead of Kaneda.

I don't want to believe this. He had one possible line-up to beat mine and picks that.
If this goes on, I'll get the award for losing 2-3 only in the end...

Wow, that was close, phew I was worried you'd use Oni in doubles...guess I didn't need to...ah dang it...all I have left is Bowser and Atobe...Bowser I can only beat with a miracle and Atobe hasn't lost yet...well here comes dead center!

Maybe Jimmies should have their feat called Sign-Play instead of Double expert, then it would be much clearer, and you would remember to not add the extra 10 points xD

Just updating the ranking here:

1)Fayte (18 points, +8 games)
2)Atobe The King(18 points, +11 games)
3)Jyten, 15 points, +3 games)
4)Ravsieg(12 points, +1 games)
5)Bowser (12 points,-2 games)
6)Sherlock Holmes (9 points, +1 games)
7)Hinata Fan (6 points, -3 games)
8)Jav (6 points, -6 games)
9)Chaos (3 points, -5 games)
Jyten is VERY close to Atobe and Fayte. If I beat Fayte, and Hinata Fan beats Atobe(match from last round) then Jyten will have a real shot at taking them both down. As for me...I still need a miracle.

Sherlock vs Fayte

Singles 3

Krauser vs Tachibana

Krauser (23) Chaos
-Antichrist[Feat]: Krauser gets boosted 3 points
-Demon[Feat]: If opponent is within 10 levels, he drops 3 points.
-Crucify[Effect]: If the opponent is within 3 levels, Krauser wins. (singles only)

Tachibana (24) Fayte
-The Wild Beast[Feat]: User gets boosted 4 points.
-Wild Lion[Aura]: If the opponent is within 15 levels, Tachibana gets boosted 8 points. (both singles and doubles)

Both get boosted by 3 using their feats, so they go up to 26 and 27 respectively. Demon activates and Tachibana goes back to 24.
Now as effects activate before auras, Krauser uses Crucify.

Winner: Krauser, Sherlock

1-0

Doubles 2

Wakato + Niou vs Akutsu + Rin

Wakato (23) Sherlock
-Change Over![Feat]: Copies the special effect of any player he chooses.
Using Change over to copy...
-The King[Effect]: Ryoga gets boosted 10 points.

Niou (21) Sherlock Holmes
-Puri[Feat]: Niou is boosted 3 points and Effects do not work against him. (singles only)
-Guess Who?[Effect]: If Niou plays doubles, he copies the effects and auras of his partner.

Akutsu (25) Fayte
-Power[Feat]: User gets boosted 3 points.
-The Demon[Feat]: If the opponent is 13-23 levels higher, Akutsu becomes their level.

Rin (21) Fayte
-Shukuchi[Feat]: User gets boosted by 3 points.
-Giant Habu[Effect]: If the opponent is within 5 levels, Rin gets boosted 5 points and nullifies all Effects and Auras

Feats activat and Wakato uses his to copy The King and gets boosted by 10 points, making him go up to 33. Akutsu and Rin both inrease by 3 and go up to 28 and 24. The total at this point is 54 vs 52. Now for effects, as the opponent is within 5 levels, Giant Habu activates, so Rin goes up another 5 and Niou's Guess Who? is canceled, so he won't receive The King.
In total we have still 54 points for Wakato/Niou and now 57 for Akutsu/Rin.

Alternatively, if Guess Who? activates first, Sherlock's Pair goes up to 64, meaning Ginat Habu won't activate. As the rules don't clarify which effect activates first, this is a tie.

Winner: Tie

1-0

Singles 2

Taka vs Kabaji

Taka (15) Sherlock
-Power[Feat]: User gets boosted 3 points.
-Hadoukyuu[Effect]: User gets boosted 10 points in singles, 5 points in doubles.

Kabaji (xx)
-Power[Feat]: User gets boosted 3 points.
-Usu[Feat]: Kabaji becomes the level and copies the Aura of whoever he plays. If he plays doubles, he becomes the same level as the highest leveled opponent.

Kabaji uses Usu to go up to 15, both players Feats activate, so they rise to 18. After that Hadokyuu activates and Taka goes up to 28.

Winner: Taka, Sherlock

2-0

Doubles 1

Momo + Kenya vs Bunta + Zaizen

Momoshiro (16) Sherlock Holmes
-Power[Feat]: User gets boosted 3 points.
-Insight[Feat]: If the opponent is within 3 levels, they drop 3 points and all status effects are canceled.
-Dunk Smash[Effect]: Opponent drops 3 points.

Kenya (15) Sherlock
-Supersonic[Feat]: When playing doubles, Kenya increases by 5 points.
-The Jet[Feat]: Kenya gets boosted by 5 points

Bunta (20) Fayte
-Volley Expert[Feat]: If Bunta plays doubles, team is boosted 10 points.

Zaizen (20) Fayte
-Genius[Feat]: If the opponent has an Effect, it is added to Zaizen instead of that player. If Zaizen plays doubles, he takes the effect of the opponent with the higher base level.

This is gonna be rather short, Momo goes up to 19 and Kenya is boosted to 25, resulting in a total of 44. Bunta goes up by 10. Momo is the only one who could have used an effect, but the conditions weren't met, so it's 44 vs 50 points in total.

Winner: Bunta/Zaizen, Fayte

2-1

Singles 1

Mizuki vs Sanada

Mizuki (20) Chaos
-Observation[Feat]: If Mizuki plays a member of Seigaku, he is boosted 12 points.
-Data Tennis[Feat]: Mizuki gets boosted 2.5 points.
-Prediction Master[Effect]: Mizuki's player must predict his opponent's lineup. He must guess whether the character is playing doubles or singles, and in which position he is playing.
For every 100% correct guess(both position and whether the character is playing singles or doubles) Mizuki gets boosted 2 points. For every 50% correct guess(guessing whether the player is playing doubles or singles, but not his exact position) Mizuki gets boosted 1 point.

Mizuki's prediction:

Tachibana: S3 (+2)
Akutsu: S2 (+0)
Sanada: S1 (+2)

Kabaji: D2 (+0)
Zaizen: D2 (+1)
Bunta: D2 (+1)
Rin: D2 (+2)

Sanada (30) Fayte
-The Emperor[Feat]: Sanada gets boosted 3 points. If the opponent is within 5 levels, all Aura's are canceled.
-Rai[Effect]: If the opponent is within 10 levels, they drop 5 points. If the opponent is within 5 levels, all effects are canceled.

First of all, Feats. Mizuki goes up to 22.5 and Sanada gets boosted to a total of 33. Then Mizuki's prediction activates and he is raised ro 30.5. The conditions for Rai are met, so Mizuki frops back to 25.5.

Winner: Sanada, Fayte

Overall Winner

Both won two games with one no game, Tie at 2-2

(I hope I didn't screw up somewhere)

If you've changed singles 1 or 3, I'd also have won. Changing Reiji and Ryoga places I'd also have won. Your only chanches of winning was Kikumaru in Singles, because he'd have won either Koharu or Hitouji, but I was sure Golden Pair wasn´t going to be broken, that sounds very logical but would have the key of the match

I was thinking we'll get an epic 2-2 with best match ever, Kazuya VS Ryoga, a tie, in Singles 1. We'd have need to record a movie with that match. Tezuka's Comet of Destruction would be nothing compared to that

Well, after being referee for one match, we defintly need a order in which effects activate (read D2 if you don't know what I'm refering to).

Also I'm just saying this BUT if we had a reserve player, we could simply hold one deciding match to clarify the winner.

Order of operations I think goes Feats, Aura's, effects....I asked this a while back...

It goes Feats-Auras-Effects.
Sherlock's answer...

Sherlock lost QQ...chance at 1st is gone and my prediction for getting second to last is also wrong...bitter sweet...lolz

Sherlock's answer...
He meant as in, if two effects are going to be activated, which effect activates first.

I think something like "whoever sends their lineup first" should be fair, but I don't know. Maybe we can come up with a rule.

Sherlock lost QQ...chance at 1st is gone and my prediction for getting second to last is also wrong...bitter sweet...lolz
Didn't lose. It was a tie. Re-read the match.
