hey guys.. finally decided to do this...i'm stressed with my assignments...
although i'm pretty sure not much indonesian here...

Kata2 untuk hari ini (words of the day... kata2 -> kata-kata (words), just a chat abbreviation style)

stress = stress
pusing = headache...
banyak tugas = lots of assignment...
bete = bad mood
(bete is a widely popular indonesian slang... derived from the reading BT (bay tay)... i'm not sure what originally BT stands for but a lot of people said Bad Temper or Bad Timing...it's widely used.. to express bad mood, bad feeling, boring, hatred, dislike, etc... E.g. : gua bete sama loe... (I'm bete with you, indonesian slang) means i dislike you.. but usually refers to disliking a person coz of something he/she did... )

balik lagi ngerjain tugas = back to assignment

i was really2 good at the beginning... i had a gpa of 5 point something...

then i got cocky, thinking uni is easy...when i got to 2nd year... i picked all those 3rd year subjects coz i wanted to graduate early...i took programming level 3, network system, database management system and compiler design.. damn... that was hell..2 weeks with only 2 hours of sleep every day nearing the due dates... coding non stop... only to fail 3 of those subjects... i only passed the programming 3...

the next semester.. i was still in a state of mental breakdown... i had a course where we have to form a team.. and the final assignment was about 100 pages long... i formed a team with an indonesian friend and 2 hongkong guy. should've not ever did that.. they didn't do anything... i got fed up... finally i told them to make their own diary log... and i'll do the report... i did 60 pages in 2 nights... didn't sleep at all... then finally...i only got 10/40 marks..
meanwhile my friends got 15/40 ...why? coz they wrote they did everything in their diary...
of course it didn't matter... coz we all still failed anyway....

after all that...it was alright..i'm starting to get back on my feet.. and didn't have much trouble till the end...
lol, even the 1 year-long final project didn't feel as long as those 2 weeks in my 2nd year...

for the final project... i had to choose 5 team members... i gave up on trying to pick all the good ones, and tried random... i didn't put any names on the group members choice... i got 1 peruvian guy, 1 tanzanian guy, 1 srilankan guy, 2 australian... 1 was a class 1A super-smart super-hardworking honour student.. the other was an anime maniac who didn't do anything, didn't show up on meetings etc.. well.. 1 lazy bum out of 5 good-working people at random wasn't that bad.. the super cool thing is...coz i failed 1 subject on my 2nd semester.. i have only 1 subject left on my final semester, that is, this project.. so i told the project manager (the honour student) to give me more work... and he said "oh, that's cool..but i already finished the program during the holiday...oh well.. you can do the testing?"


so moral of the story... to get a good GPA:
1. don't get too cocky...
2. in team assignment, try not to pick your friends.. look for someone good in your class...or at least a native speaker...  (my god, those hongkong guys in my team can't even spell...) a native speaker who didn't do anything much but loves to talk (and bullcrapping..) proves to be very useful in presentations and argument debate...
3. get to know your lecturer and tutors.... get in good terms with them... ask them lots of questions about everything... assignment, lectures, etc.. follow their instruction...if you're not sure what to do, follow them strictly... unless you were expected some creativity.. that was an advice from my cousin... he got a gpa of 6.3

that's about it.. btw, which uni ur going to?

1. kalo gak mau repot2..yah attach ajah..tapi munculnya dibawah..

3. di upload ajah..trus gampangnya disana abis diupload dikasih text yg bisa langsung dicopy paste...

Yup, I am a death note fan! Suster barunya gak galak kok, kalo bisa dibilang lumayan baek.. dari Jepang lho... Masa sih beneran ya Pak Heru pernah pacaran sama murid? I juga pernah denger dari temen tapi agak percaya juga sih... Tapi Dikeluarin??!! Masa sih? Itu waktu angkatan ko Dirga? Ceritain dong! Iya, pak Heru sekarang juga msh sibuk sperti biasa.. Ngurusin year book lah, PMR, OSIS, dst. Pak bowo 'mata panda' masih ada kok, diajar dia waktu kelas 1 ama 2. Keren banget bu Yosephine!! Tp I pernah sempet diajar dia kok, Pak Ponti juga, trus bu Titik, sama Pak Samon (sori, lupa ngasih tau). Pak Samon sama Pak Dominikus juga uda pensiun. BUKAN! Maksudnya Pak Narjo uda kawin, Pak Heri juga.. gituu... Emangnya mereka homoan apa? Di mata gua sih agak... hehe bcanda kok. Emang koko angkatan taon berapa sih?

kalo soal dikeluarin.. itu gosip yg gw denger ajah..gak bener sih gw rasa...
kalo soal pacaran..emank banyak banget yg ngomongin..and kayaknya bener..
and pernah ditampar ama godek karna itu....GOSIPNYA pas angkatan gue..hueheuheue..
rumah gw di indo sebelah bhk..jadi lingkungan gerejanya jg banyak guru BHK, Kristo, DJ...
pak heru dulu termasuk koor lingkungan, jadi sering dateng ke rumah gw dulu
