Need help identifying a kanji

As the title states, I need help identifying a certain kanji from the image below. More specifically, it's the one circled in red.
As far as I know, it's part of a name and the closest kanji I could find was "破."

"暗殺行" I've translated it as assassin's guild, but I'm not entirely sure if it's right or not.

I don't know what manga this is from, and I'm most curious myself to see other responses 'coz I'm a noob myself, but I'll put in my 2 cents worth now that I'm here.

As far as I know, it's part of a name and the closest kanji I could find was "破."

I read the kanji as "破" as well.

From the text, I get the impression that a guy is basically teasing and calling a young miss (小娘) a "Master Rappa (お主乱破)" From what (very) little I know, rappa (乱破) is literally "chaotic destruction" but is used to refer to someone as being "wild and turbulent." (Note: http://honyaku.yahoo.co.jp/ translates "乱破" as "wild guy")

"暗殺行" I've translated it as assassin's guild, but I'm not entirely sure if it's right or not.

I think you're okay in translating it as "assassin's guild".

Is it a manga involving ninja and the like? Because "rappa" (乱破) is a synonym for it (ninja).

As for 暗殺行, I think it depends on the context, so I can't say anything for sure.

Actually, it is a ninja manga. As for 暗殺行, I don't know the context either since I don't have that chapter. Thanks for the help though, you guys are awesome.

Can't find this Kanji in my dictionary, what does it mean, what is the hiragana for this?

The kanji is "騙." It means to deceive and the hiragana are "だます."

while trying to translate chapter 2 of mirai nikki mosaic keshi I ran into a nice bit of tiny text with no furigana, so that spelled fun right away.

「タイトル考えるの大変。アソコも大変」 thinking about the title is somewhat daunting. "those" were also quite daunting. ("those" almost certainly referring to boobs)

「タイトル教えるの大変。アンコも大変」 telling you about the title is difficult. the "anko" is too (no idea what that means. encore?)

It may be easier for members to assist you if you have an image in higher resolution. I can hardly read any letters on the cell phone screen.

mikkih, click on the image to bring it up in higher res, it should be easily readable to you. I'd figure it out if were a word, and not a name. With names, a more experienced eye is required.

Also, it's アソコ, not アンコ.

ah, so it is! asoko is a lot more obvious, thanks damn kana are much too similar. ﾒナ、ｿン、シツ　still trip me up sometime
and my thanks to Mikkih too! I would've never found those kanji. I thought it was a name too, but 府警 is as sensible as anything.
now I'm mostly wondering about the 大変 here. should I translate that here as "serious" perhaps?

Just to be sure.... it is not 府警 but 婦警.
大変 - troublesome or difficult (as you translated) would work for the タイトル(title). For アソコ, proper translation depends on what アソコ is. 　

「タイトル教えるの大変。アンコも大変」

One addition:
It is タイトル考えるの大変。アソコも 大変。 It's 考える not 教える

教える--->考える You may want to change your translation accordingly.
アンコ--->アソコ

So, in this manga there's a lot of this little "side dialog"-like things, and I'm having a bit of trouble with three of them
I tried to write them in japanese and here's what I've got so far (whenever a ? appears it's that I couldn't find that kanji)
Dialog 1: 打ち上げる花火とは「玉」と呼ばれる紙型の球体に「？」と呼ばれる火薬の玉を？めて打ち上げる花火のことで。。。
Dialog 2: ポイの紙には厚さ、表裏があり表の方がすくいやすい。。。
Dialog 3: ポイを水につける時は一気で全面をつけ紙に水?がかからないよう斜めにスれ水面？の？ってる金魚。。。

if you want context they're at a summer festival, and she's explaining things about fireworks and later about catching goldfish

Any help is appreciated.

The best I could do is....
干した　タダノメッキとか　(It looks like ト but トッキ does not make sense....)
ハラワタハナマルキの　肝臓とか　＜ハラワタ（guts; intestines）　+　ハナマルキ which is a well-known company that makes miso, soybean paste ）

1st line... I'm not sure..　　メッキ（plating）？！
ハナマルキ sort of makes sense since the girl is offering some soup.
You should get a second opinion - or the 3rd....
