If itadori's territory is time related that is really overpower. I Mean, assuming it is his territory activating. It can be that guy that tautgh him black flash, forgot his name.
I remember him asking itadori's kind of girl and as soon he answered and his answer was compatible, it was like him having past memories with itadori as his friend with things that never happened.

I doubt that Yuji's technique is some kind of time/false reality related technique. I chalked up Todo's reaction to Yuji that first time to being a todo thing, not a Yuji thing - Yuji was the first person to respond to him properly, so he reacted like that. I could be wrong, we will see, but I'd say if Choso is reacting to Yuji, its to Yuji's personality, not his technique per se.
