Kimetsu no Yaiba Chapter 182 Spoiler/Discussion Thread

Im kinda thankful that the one that grabbed Mitsuri at the end of last chapter, my head was telling me that it was someone bad so im relieved to see their here. But this now has noting to do with Giyuu. NOTHING. There are two characters that we really need to see in action. Yushiro and Iguro.

I don't know what yushiro will be able to do to nakime other then stall her, to me, one or two pillars should have stayed so that way it would be easier to kill her off and the fortress could be taken down in no time. Other than those stickers, we also don't really know how strong he is, I guess maybe he might be a male version of Nezuko combat wise but I guess we'll see what happens next chapter. Now theres Iguro.

You wanna talk about useless characters, look no further. I mean forget this arc, this WHOLE DAMN SERIES he done nothing, and I just dont know why him of all people is being left out. Gyomei and sanemi at least made sense because it was pretty much hinted that they were the 2 strongest of all the demon slayers, so it made sense to hold them off until the final arc. But Iguro? Like we dont even know how strong he is, but considering he wasn't able to do much against Nakime we could only assume he on the same level as Mitsuri, which to me is a disappointment. If Iguro is not a top 2 demon slayer, why the fuck is he having his first fight NOW? AGAINST MUZAN?? Like he deserved at least an upper moon fight first, but his first shouldn't be the final antagonist. The only way I change my mind on this is if its revealed that Iguro in reality is the 2nd strongest pillar behind Gyomei and is RIGHT behind him in terms on strenght and power, which I could see Since you could make a case that Sanemi, Giyuu, and Kyojiro are all about the top 2 or 3, So if he as strong as Gyomei, then I get it why he is left without a fight for this long. But if in reality he on the same level of Mitsuri- No Kocho level even, then what the fuck took them so long to introduce him to a fight and what could make it worse is that he could potentially die in this fight. Like.. WHY??

Seem rather dissapointing how Nakime is being Manipulated by Yushiri. Is Nakime weak as hell or Yushiro get really strong? I could see Yushiro send all Demon slayers to Muzan location which stall the fight to a long time. Then Sun show up and Yushiro about to collapse Fotress but Nakime regain control and send Yushiro away and Things could go worse in this case.

I think Yushiro best option he should just send all demon slayers to Muzan using Nakime ability then just destroy the fotress now and grab a nirchin blade and decapticate Nakime or Control Nakime long enough until sunrise so she be fried along with Muzan. So Nakime should no longer be a threat.

I have a weird feeling that nakime may by the true final boss...you know, as if she has been manipulating muzan for long. I mean having power of an upper moon, yet being manipulated by yushirou seems fishy to me, so some theory:
-she is the one who gave the initial medicine to muzan and now is just watching to show since the medicine is only in 'experimental stage', so muzan is only an lab rat for her.
-Or maybe she is not being manipulated by yushiro, but just decided to go to search for nezuko, and when everyone think they have won by having the fortress destryed, boom...right next to nezuko being served in fresh
-Or maybe yushirou devoured the foder demon slayer to gain power to be able to manipulate nakime...

So they've got backups now? I guess that kinda helps them a little bit, they can give Tanjirou the support he needs as he's still their best chance at beating this guy with DoTF and the emotionless see through world thing he's got.
That being said I still see Giyu dying here, sending Giyu to the other world where Sabito and his sister welcomes him with open arms is too good to not do.

I'm starting to think something like this. It is weird that Gotouge hasn't killed her yet while everyone above her in rank is already dead, and I wouldn't be surprised if she ends being the true mastermind of the manga (even if I personally don't like the idea, since it hasn't been foreshadowed). Maybe she will end being like fellow bearer of the number 4 Ulquiorra and turns out she was the strongest Moon all along and has a secret power greater than the one of Akaza/Douma/Kokushibou, and the final battle ends being everyone vs Muzan and Nakime. I would honestly prefer that than her being the true big bad this whole time.

I'm starting to think something like this. This is some stupid speculation. They aren’t gonna hype up Muzan for so long and make her the final villain. That would be annoying and ruin it. Nakime hasn’t died yet cause she’s hard to hit cause of her ability. They can kill her now if they want but it’s better to use her ability to transport all the demon slayers there and then bring down the fortress. Then they can kill her. Right now, they need her ability to win. That’s why they haven’t killed her yet. Isn’t it obvious?

If she was so strong, she wouldn’t have to stall against snake and love. She would’ve killed them by now. She wouldn’t Be manipulated by Yoshiro.

Stone doesn’t even have eyes and he’s the strongest. See through world works just fine when your blind so Tanjiro having one eye won’t affect him.

Muzan is obviously gonna die and Tanjiro will see him perish. So don’t worry. Tanjiro has full plot armour until he masters the final form and sees Muzan perish. Maybe he’ll succumb to injuries after but I doubt it. There’s 9 demon slayers left. Tanjiro’s plot armour will remain till most of the others die first

They already showed Muzan killing the doctor. You think that was fake? Stop using headcannon to dispute the obvious fact. Yushiro has a hack technique. You don’t need to be strong to use them. LM1 is far weaker than Rengoku but was still able to make him fall asleep. How is this any different

I see thats good so Its Tanjiro,Giyu,Obanai,Kanroji,Kanao,Inosuke,Himejima and Sanemi vs Muzan soon. Now all they have to do is stall and fight Muzan until sunrise and destroy fotress and kill Muzan.

Finally Muzan is the corner rat now. Should not have enrage Yushiro.

Oh wow, so yushiro didn't do something colossally stupid... It feels a bit like a copout that he of all people were able to approach nakime and off screen deal with her but this is still a decent development. If he succeeds the fortress will be largely gone meaning the demon slayers will have a real chance at forcing muzan into the sun. on the other hand I doubt this will be this convenient meaning that muzan will likely at least be close to nezuko.
