Yes being weaker reduces your attack power and speed. Kaido's Roaring Thunder Bagua was not at its full power since Kaido was weaker confirmed by Yamato. Kaido who 1 shot act 1 Luffy also got haki boost by being drunk. Kaido who almost 1 shot ch. 1042 Luffy was weakened and did not get haki boost.

Did Luffy get more durable as his fight against Doflamingo/Katakuri went on? If he did not then why do you thiunk Luffy got magically more durable when he fought Kaido?

If he is not a coward he would address if Baratie Sanji>Shells Town Zoro since Zoro got much faster from Shells Town to Baratie (with powercreep logic) and he was relative to Sanji in speed which means Baratie Sanji>Shells Town Zoro. He didn't want to address that point because that would make him like a hypocrite if he supports powercreep Luffy from WCI to Wano but he did not support powercreep from Shells Town to Baratie which is 2 arcs longer.

Who cares about Baratie Sanji being above or below anyone from previous arcs? The power creep in One Piece wasn't as exaggerated back then as it is now, but either way, it wouldn't matter at all for the current argument unless you're trying to hurt the sensitivity of a Zoro fanboy somehow.
