7 scum? Are you counting certain townies as scum or are you saying there were 7 mafia roles in the game

Traitor is scum Panda, as Santa is. They dont kill but they are antitown.

7 scum is ok for a +20 players ratio (and even with 20 sometimes better to go for 6).

(the recommended ratio for 16 players is 4 scum + 1 TP for a reason)

That's what we had, Lambu... Except 16 is almost the max. threshhold before the +1 in mafia (starting in 18 in the same basic rules), hence we added a traitor as an option for a weakened 4 members mafia team - and, again, with a TP that doesn't kill. Idk where that 7 came from, honestly.

I'd like to thank @Farfalla and @Copy Panda for hosting this game! I think a lot about the mechanics of the duo system have been said already, but I honestly had a lot of fun with it.
It's interesting discussing and playing the exact same role with someone, it brings new insights and ideas on how to handle situations in game. It really did make me play more carefully, because I didn't want to ruin things for Sam. But should there be a next time with a similar system, I think I might handle that differently.
The dayphases were often timed unfortunate for me (with the exception of D1), because work got in the way. So playing with Sam and not alone really helped that, I'm honestly not sure if I would have been able to play if it weren't for being a duo.

To @SirSamuel016 Thank you for being the Santa to my elf. I had a lot of fun discussing things with you (and not just MG things!!), I hope I wasn't being a pain because I wasn't really there much during the last two days of our short lived Santa-career.
Next time we will deliver those gifts and everyone better be pleased about it. o3o

Naive Traitor is not only Town but they were a BG and had you (Prosecutor), the town Doctor and the Mason Recruiter intentionally in their lists lmao. To the point that those were the ones they tried to protect. So Town by the rules and Town by construction..

My only problem with the balance is that santa was given way too much influence in a smaller game, and could easily flip things for either side in an unpredictable manner. Rest is fine.

The setup was more confusing than imbalanced, I'd argue. Made so more by circumstance than design.

Can't get behind Noble Traitor (how was he supposed to get out of a post-recruitment situation?) or Santa gifting Mason club cards, the rest seems mostly fine. Mafia played really well, we played really bad is my comprehensive analysis.

They didn't know if there was a SK/Mentor or another mafia out there, so in one hand they're traitor seeking recruitment, in the other they're BG taking one for the team.
