Who were those pirates? I legit forgot, all I remember is that Luffy and Zoro get a bounty only because they attacked a corrupt Marine who reported them.
Buggy, Don Krieg, and Arlong. Captain Kuro didn't count because he's believed to be dead.

I don't remember Luffy getting a bounty when he beat Buggy or Don Krieg, but I know he and Zoro got a bounty or increased bounty because they attacked a Marine... definitely at the end of Arlong Park arc, but I'm not totally sure about the Baratie... though it was really Sanji who had a problem.

Luffy got his first bounty only after he defeated Arlong, during which the Marines learned of his East Blue victories. Zoro didn't get his first bounty until after Alabasta, for defeating Mr. 1

No, Luffy got his first bounty for attacking the Marine that was working with Arlong, while Zoro got his bounty from beating a shichibukai. Beating a pirate doesn't get you bounty, as far as I know or remember, unless the pirate in question is somehow associated with the Marines or WG. Beating a shichibukai, just as Zoro did, gets you bounty or higher bounty because you essentially took on a part of the WG/Marines and beat them, which makes the WG look bad. A Marine can also create a bounty or maybe even raise it, just as that one Marine did to Luffy out of revenge for Luffy punching him for working with Arlong and stealing Nami's berries.

While it's debatable whether beating a Yonkou would increase bounty, it likely would if the victor is a pirate, because it means he could be another emperor and be more dangerous. The WG would likely fear the pirate that took out one of the strongest in the world.

Zoro got a bounty due to first taking a notorious bounty hunter(Mr. 1), The first bounty put on Luffy's head was due to his crew beating on Nezumi who wanted to take part in Arlong's corruption yet the excuse he gave the marines for the bounty was Luffy's achievements. Up till now all raised have indeed happened in accordance to interfering with the WG, I hope that after this arc Luffy and Sanji's bounty will rise for destroying a Kingdom. Germa could completely bite the dust before completing it's plans and being exiled from the reverie and thus such an attack on it will be treated as a direct assault on the WG.

What susanoo said. Besides, when did Zoro defeat a Warlord? If memory serves, Luffy has been the one to defeat the Warlords the Straw Hats have gone up against.

Zoro beat Mr. 1, who was part of a shichibukai crew. There is no instance of any of the crew getting their bounty increased for beating pirates; Luffy got his bounty because the Marine swore revenge for being beaten up. Nezumi said he wanted a bounty on Luffy because of the crew's violent nature, not just because they beat Arlong. Beating Arlong was probably used to hype how dangerous the crew was, if anything.

Assuming there will be a fight between Luffy and Big Mom in the near future. I presume that the Strawhats will run away and fight Big Mom at a later point in time. There is no way Luffy can beat Big Mom in her own territory right now, but if they really fight, he'll need some allies. It took him a couple of hours just to beat Cracker.
this chapter was chapter 844 of story , how many chapter is needed for luffy to goes to war with Yonkos !?

Oda said that the first part of the story, the part prior to the time-skip, was around halfway through. A year ago Suguru Sugita - a One Piece’ editor working with Eiichiro Oda - said the story is maybe at ~70%. Assuming this is true, we still have over 290 chapters, or by time, 6-7 years to go ^^ I'd say we at least need a full crew to fight a Yonkou, maybe even some allies.

That's bullshit, that editor is just throwing numbers like that
Considering Oda's pace, there's no way the story is at 70%, I would say it is at 50%... Unless Oda suddenly picks up the pace, then yeah maybe but I really doubt it

There's too many loose points in the plot, and Oda is not speeding things up at all and still keeps his annoying pacing. The only arc where the pacing was good was Zou arc, FI/PH/Dressrosa all had a horrible pace and too many wasted pages and panels

Well I said "assuming this is true". Of course we don't know the exact time, maybe even Oda doesn't know it, but I guess we have 'at least' another 6-7 years to go.

The editor was guessing. Oda himself gave an interview this summer and there he said that the story is around 65% percent finished. Given his low pace I would speculate it's actually more like 50-60% finished, like Zehahaha said.

well , Oda is aging and after certain age , he will become tiered and try to finish story ... OP start to become boring and Oda hardly could introduce new powers ( maybe that why he introduced Germa )

I don't think the final of One Piece ends with found it. I can't say for sure how Luffy will end either, but i know Oda will not get tired of drawing instead WSJ is the one tiresome problem to him.

One Piece Winter and Hunt for Treasure at new Tokyo One Piece Event

"This winter, let's treasure!" is the catchphrase of the illuminated, seasonal One Piece event "WINTER ONE PIECE 2016-2017" which includes Japan's largest snow dome (six meters in diameter). The motif is cherry blossoms' miraculous winter bloom. Once inside the dome, located at Tokyo Tower, you'll be immersed in cherry blossom colored illuminations, fluttering snow, and projections of the anime's famous scenes.

The winter event will also hold a limited-time "The Adventures on Tongari Island" treasure hunt event at Tokyo One Piece Tower and Tokyo Tower. The hands-on treasure hunt encourages participants to seek out the nest of rare animals, the "Tongari Tons", by deciphering a mystery written on an ancient document discovered by Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper. It starts November 1 with the beginner's course "Find the Mythic Rare Beast on Tongari Island" and will also include a regular level play-though. The game plans to add an unintelligible decoding advance level course starting January 1.

The park's further additions include Bepo's appearance by the entry to the Tongari stage, a winter version of the Korabopuri machine, and special edition winter goods in the shops.

How nice an One Piece event for the winter season! I wanna be there... :^_^
