That's exactly how I feel, because of the way YT works it automatically loses credibility.Because if those Youtubers don't get enough views or likes they can't get as much money from YT, so they are tempted to hunt for views and likes at the price of the quality of their videos. And not to mention that I've noticed that in the past years tinfoil theories are very successful, again on YT.For example I used to watch Preston Jacobs vids, which is a guy who makes theories about ASOIF/Game of thrones, but his videos can only be seen as tinfoil. At first I found his thought process to be interesting, how he linked some details that could be seen as insignificant with more major ones to make his theories. But in the end I ended up unsubscribing from his channel after watching a couple of videos where he would do some very far-fetched assumptions based on a single line of text, that can be interpreted in a different way. So it really got ridiculous by the end.
In the end I'm not sure how these OP vids can contribute to have a better understanding of the manga, and I also prefer to read theories where I know that those who have posted them on this site or other forums have put a lot of thought into making them, and they're not just doing it for the views.
BTW epic set. I like it very much.
