There's been a few series actually, namely JoJo. Gucci is most prominently a collaborator with mangaka and other series.

We will probably get some of that. Only thing we know so far is they've been consolidating power by acquiring DFs and they've gathered many crews to their side similar to Rocks.
When we do get to Blackbeard, we will likely get a lot of his history and his most recent activities. I'd be surprised otherwise.

About BB, I think BB Pirates will face Shanks Pirates. IMO, BB will defeat Shanks.
Like BB makes a move (attack Elbaf, or somthing else) then Shanks tries to stop him, gots beat.
BB would be Luffy's biggest opponent for the PK and since Luffy cannot fight Shanks really (in order to prove he has a stronger crew than Shanks').
After becoming PK Luffy will face WG-Gorosei in order to bring dawn in the world.

I would be shocked if One Piece ends and nothing follows. We have countless tributedrawings from other mangakas, an acenovel which was made into a manga etc. One Piece gaiden with Rogers adventures in detail, blackbeards journey,or even Kidds and Laws before Sabaody would be also cool storys. Same with Xebec, if it doesnt play out in the manga. So i´m preparing myself to get many things i want to see in some years after OP finishes.

Also isnt it kinda funny? Game of thrones will never end, because GRR Martin cant focus on it enough. And Oda is releasing chapter for chapter over a decade with litte breaks and still isnt finished also.

At this point we could bet who finishes last, Or if it gets finished at all.

Honestly not sure. I've recently been wondering if she is already awakened to be honest. Her original powers was to grow her body parts else where and post time skip she has been able to not only grow her body parts but actually gigantify them. And now we recently got demon robin that seems completely gigantified upper body.
