So, I've been thinking about good gold buggy... he is in quite a pinch in between crocodile and mihawk, both people that can defeat him easily for the most part. We know he recently offered his organization to crocodile to form the cross guild. Presumably this organization is made up of the combination of resources of buggy, mihawk and crocodile. Buggy's cross guild is made up of former ID prisoners along with whoever else he picked up on the way. Overall a pretty strong militia. Then you have mihawk that brings his own ass to the table. In practice he is probably the yonko of the organization. And then crocodile... I am thinking he probably brings to the party smarts and perhaps some executive types?

But buggy is still in a precarious situation. In the end neither crocodile nor mihawk care about him. Though him winning over mihawk is not impossible IMO. Buggy is a god damn idiot but when required he can make friends and throw a party. But still, even outside of that the plot in the long run actually has a more or less favorable scenario for him. Mihawk is zoro's ultimate target and odds are that mihawk will die to zoro at the end. So that's one enemy down for buggy. Which leaves the much less threatening crocodile. Crocodile is not someone luffy has any love for so he might be defeated again by him. Or perhaps a crewmember.. In any case if crocodile is taken out then that leaves buggy as the sole head, officially and in practice, of the cross guild. A presumably more powerful organization than he had. It's mostly a matter of how the plot solves the crocodile issue.

If only this was the way the anime actually show cased aCoC haki and other abilities. Instead what we got is a Luffy who's whole body glows gold with random flower petals whenever he uses aCoC. I just want the black lighting and the hardening on the part of the body that is using it just like this pic you shared.

Yeah I've been very disappointed by how the anime has visually ruined the Luffy Kaido fight. There are so many auras and glowing that it blocks visibility into the actual fighting. Heck even when they did the sky split they added to much light and sped through the sky split too quickly. I wish they kept the same style they used for Roger and WB during the flashback. That was how I imagined what the manga animated would look like.

I don't think it made it into the manga. Maybe something to look forward to seeing someday

I would have liked to see a mini-story about Hancock looking for they keys to Ace’s handcuffs in Marineford. She must have used so much of her DF powers to get her hands on them. It could have been an interesting way to show the marine organization at HQ.
