That’s true, but the Gorosei weren’t really more impressive than the God Knights have been. Both groups are strong, but they seem to be around the same power level, and they are both heavily reliant on their ability to regenerate, so it would kind of be the same problem. It should be fine. The Gorosei would still be up for grabs for the two of them, while the remaining Strawhats and a couple Revos can have the remaining 6 other Holy Knights.
I am expecting Zoro and Sanji to each fight a Gorosei in the inevitable battle though. Dragon should get one just to live up to all of his hype, Blackbeard should get Figarland as justice for Rocks and everyone else on God Valley, and Loki gets the last one.
The WG no longer has the power to conscript civilians. They are being dismantled.Recruitment and conscription should be bigger subjects of prediction right now. The WG's failure with Loki should be shown as a success elsewhere, shouldn't it? Likewise the Marines will also have to shore up numbers, I wonder if they'll start mass conscripting civilians as friction forms between them and the WG.
They just tried to conscript Elbaf and we are seeing how well that turned out for them. The giant army they were trying to get is now dedicated to fighting them.
The Marines are being hunted by civilians due to Cross Guild, and are occupied with trying to stop the blockade around the Holy Land.
The RA and Strawhats have been turning countries against the WG the entire series.
Vegapunk just told the world that the WG is planning to destroy it.
Marines like Smoker, Fujitora, and the SWORD members are probably going to side against the WG in order to actually protect people.
The WG is done for and we are watching its death. There is no one left to recruit. The only one who might side with them is Blackbeard, but as hilariously dumb and incompetent the leadership of the WG is, I’ve got to believe that even they wouldn’t fall for that a second time.
