Why you hate Fullbody so much, the guy never did anything to anyone, he is one of the few decent marines in the story but he just got unlucky and ran into Mr. Prince

He peeked in on Robin and Nami while they were naked. That's pretty disrespectful. If he respected them he wouldnt have done that. He cares for them, would lay down his life for them, but his morals around beautiful women leaves much to be desired.
But every character has a weird quirk. Him being a pervert is his. In fine with it... its shounen, it happens. He's not gross about it. I'd rather him have a funny/ odd gimmick than none at all. It would make his character bland.

You do realize Nami and Robin let bunch of strangers stare their bodies in open bath. They have no shame at this point and don't mind much. Everyone in the crew not perfect on morals which makes it funny not serious issue.

Those aren't bad though. Your complaining on something he debut with since day one. Just because he is perverse doesn't make him bad person. He is most innocent among all if you seen others in other anime. Sanji still doesn't try to do anything bad to a woman.
Not really as it shown comical, not deep serious situation. Oda been like this with comedy for a long time. Why you have issue with it now?

Viola can back this up, she was creeped out by what she saw when she peeked into Sanji's mind. Personally, Sanji's pervertedness kinda creeps me out, but his other character traits outweigh the negative/s.

I can accept it, but it was never meant as serious thing about it. He debut as that, so basically disliking what been his character. Not saying you have hate on it. Just that this isn't something to complain on since it been like this since debut. He isn't badly perverse unlike other characters in OP to begin with.

It doesnt matter that it was never meant to be a serious thing. It is a serious thing. It's just used for comedic relief.
As to your second point. I'm really worried you dont, as a human being, understand what consent actually means. That's scary since you are obviously old enough to discuss other serious topics. Learn what consent is because once you do, you will realize Nami and Robin didnt CONSENT to being spied on by Sanji.
I dont think Sanji being a perv hurts his character in anyway. Nami and Robin clearly feel like they can handle his level of craziness. But we you say stuff like, they were in a public bath so consent is implied.... that's dangerous thinking. You are wrong in this.

At least Whole Cake toned it down for a spell and had him act like a gentleman the majority of the arc.
And yes, while it was played up as a joke and a coop bath, the women in the bath didn't consent to being ogled by an invisible man.
Anyway, I recently got to thinking that, like Shishi Sonson, Diable Jambe might be folded into Ryou as a category. Obviously it's not complete in its current form, but it seems close to the principles of the technique. Plus, Oda's never been straight forward whenever people would ask him about the move, so I think he easily could without much trouble.
