I agree. The most probably imo are:
King: sky battle
Queen: okama theme
Oven or Daifuku: Sanji was present at WCI, it would make sense
Top 1 Number: if Numbers are the strongest, maybe the top 1 of them will fight against Sanji
Page One round two: i think Page One isnt that strong, but could happen
Top 1 Flying Six: if Flying Six > Numbers, maybe the top 1 will fight Sanji
Big Mom: maaaybe he and Jinbe could hold Big Mom off a little, but idk, i think that Sanji will get his solo battle finaly

Yeah, it would be great.
Zoro vs King it could be weird if King fly. And if King don't fly, it could be weird as well, so idk.
One thing that i've been thinking, King is a Skypiean or he just keep in hybrid form all the time?
Tbh, i'm expecting Sanji's fight more than Zoro's, he need a decent fight, please

King : Zoro
I love Sanji, but it's gotta be Zoro who takes him down.

Queen: Sanji
I think King would be great with sanji too.. fire + flying vs moonwalk + diable Jamble... but Zoro already mentioned he's curious about the firefox style, i think it'll be put to use against King.
Queen's shown to be quite a character, and a battle with Sanji will be fun to watch. Okama part is a possibility to their fight but Queen's already highlighted upgraded haki so it'll make a good challenge for Sanji

Smoothie : Jinbei
She can absorb fluids kinda rendering Jinbei's fishmen karate style useless. but Jinbei should have more tricks up his sleeve ....

King : Zoro
I love Sanji, but it's gotta be Zoro who takes him down.

If he fights Queen, I think it's going to be another moment similar to his fight with Absalom. A fight where they bond over their love of beautiful women, all the while pointing out the other's hypocrisies.

Queen was super infatuated with Komurasaki/Hiyori and was crying like Sanji was when he found out she "died".

After latest chapter, King vs Sanji is more visible as can't see Zoro on how he would take out flying opponent. Only one to reach in the skies better and fight someone like that is more Sanji. Zoro is being promised more to Orochi side as writing goes and new that Kanjiro is looking to go get Hiyori I can't see Zoro not going in to face him to protect her while facing Orochi later as his final fight. Plus Sanji tanking that Haki Arrows is something else to make me see vs King more, but still don't mind facing Queen either. King could be taken on by Kidd or Law depending.

There's no indication the arrows were imbued in haki. What we know is that they were made from Kanjuro wringling black ink once he extended his hair into black clouds.

Sanji being able to Skywalk doesn't immediately make him King's prime opponent. It just means should King become airborne, Sanji wouldn't be at a disadvantage.

Nothing has been mentioned about Queen being an okama; that's a comment based simply on his character design. If he fights Queen it's likely to play out as @eefrit has written; over a silly reason rather than personal grudge. Oda loves things like this.

That actually said, I love really like to see Sanji develop long range attacks; his own version of CP9's Rankyaku, based on his Diable Jambe. That would be amazing and make him that much more versatile.

I really don't see the All-Stars fighting Zoro and Sanji

First, the gap in strength is too large. Luffy with Gear 4 struggled to defeat the Sweet Commanders. No way Zoro and Sanji stand a chance against them.

Second, there are way too many commander-level combatants on Luffy's side: Jinbe, Law, Kid, Inuarashi, Nekomamushi, Asura Douji, Kawamatsu, Denjiro... who are they going to fight, if not the All-Stars and Sweet Commanders?

Queen may have to settle it with Kid, because of what happened earlier. However given Queen's biological weapons, Law may be a good match-up for him. Dunno about King. Maybe he will fight Asura Douji, since he stabbed him back then?

Zoro and Sanji have enough strong opponents closer to their level: Page One, Perosperos, Oven, Daifuku, Compote, Tamago.

While Sanjino has no answer for a sword, even if King flies, Zoro has long range attacks and King better have some too otherwise he can only wave at Zoro.

King and Queen are both sword wielders so whoever Sanji fights he is going to have to counter accordingly. Fortunately Sanji can deal with swordsmen just as easily and Zoro can probably deal with a flying opponent.

Page One is defeated. Sanji doesn't need another T6H, but Zoro can deal with one as he need to redeem his performance in Wano. Sanji beating either King or Queen is more possible.

Actually if you compare Kaido's Calamities to the main forces under Luffy, they have a lot in common and going for them as well possible locations for each battle:

Sanji vs King = Sky Battle
Zoro vs Queen = Land Battle (Still see him facing Orochi though)
Jimbei vs Jack = Sea Battle

Looking at this these fights could possible happen as different forces will come from different sides to face off with.
