You realize your tagging them both from each of your posts as I only tagged once and to show who you was talking too, not for necessarily to come on. Kinda can't lecture if your doing same thing back to back in post and Idk about that as you two were agreeing on somethings, but not everything, so you can't say most of your points as only 50/50 of agreeing and disagreeing.
I didn't do what you did, what are you talking about? I tagged eefrit to answer to your own comment about him. I tagged goldb not to bring him in or to say "he's against you too" (which is what I criticized from you), but to point at his past post (two posts above mine) in which he already gave a similar explanation to what I have argued in the past, so as to not have to repeat the same over and over. So we really didn't do the same thing "back to back".
And about eefrit, that wasn't 50/50. I made a post with around 10 different points which I even highlighted with bold letters and he only quoted one of the points saying "I have to disagree about this one". And the point he disagreed on had nothing to do with what you're defending.
This isn't something I'm going to argue about, you tagged him for no reason as if he disagreeing with me about something meant I'm not right on what I'm defending, but not only is that a fallacy, you're also wrong about how much that particular person you tagged disagreed with my post. You can go back and check for yourself. There's nothing more to say about that.
Your saying that in your post saying your right for having certain others like goldb to be around on your claim while others beg to differ. Your taking this bit too much issue when I was just pointing out on your side isn't right, but never justify on my side is always right. In fact I do agree on your claims, but not what you mean on other stuff.
No, I never said "I'm right because others are on my side". What I said was exactly that no matter how many people are on your side (or mine) you can still be wrong (or I can). I don't mean this in a bad way, but based on the time we have debated you should take more time to read others comments.
What I mentioned goldb for was a different purpose: pointing to his last post so you can read how he explains exactly what was my point when I disagreed with eefrit, so you can easily read it and I don't have to make it as redundant as it's becoming.
Wait, what claims do you agree on? On that "maybe" the RS increases Sanji's durability?
Most he use thrusters is to get to somewhere fast than use them in fighting as he use more his speed in close-combat and his power still his since he still fighting same with his fighting style, so again it's not the case what you mean Sanji is changing everything on RS as only few stats I can see, but it doesn't change how he fights and who he is.
What does Sanji using the same kicking style as always imply the RS isn't improving his stats? Of course if he's trained by Zeff in one and only one fighting style he's going to keep using it. That doesn't mean the thrusters, the float ability and the durability aren't buffing him.
Even if you don't take into account the thrusters for his kicks (despite the fact that it's they'll serve that purpose since they'd precisely strengthen his usual fighting style) and you only take into account how durable the suit is, just the hardness of the suit should improve the mass behind his kicks.
This doesn't mean Sanji is weak or that he owns his new strength entirely to the suit, it just means the RS buffs him.
That is purpose of his talk that even while wearing RS, he isn't fighting like Germa, but fighting as his own when using suit and use it how he see fit, but never for sake of power like his family use it.
100% disagree. What's wrong on using the RS for the sake of power? He literally said he expects the suit to provide him the power he needs for the fights to come. That's a straight line from Sanji in the manga. There's nothing wrong with gaining power. Sanji needs power to kicks Kaido's men asses and to protect Nami, Robin, Carrot and the rest.
The purpose of his talk is just that he wants to have nothing to do with Germa because of his past with them, but he comes to terms with the fact that using their technology and wearing that outfit doesn't make him one of them, and that he's willing to use their power for his crew.
Praising the suit is fine, but he never said anything he is desperate to wear it in all to his fights or think he can't beat someone without it which you forcing narration on that than it being actual canon on how he feels.
Slow down, cowboy. I never said he's desperate to wear the suit for every little opponent he fights. Don't put words in my mouth. What I did say is that he will wear it soon if he wants to defeat any important member of Kaido's crew, be it a Tobi Roppo or a Calamity and I stand by that. On the other hand, you're defending that he will only use it for stealth missions and never for fights.
Luffy's Gear 2 back in the day was a desperate new move that shortened his lifespan and he needed to fight the pure physically stronger warrior he had fought up until that point. Now it's just something he spams every few seconds. Sanji's new suit doesn't damage his life or pride in any way (because he has come to terms with using it), so why shouldn't he use it for fights? For all we know the suit could also boost his Diable Jambe potential since it would defend his leg from whatever heat he's able to generate on his foot. It's all advantages.
Sanji said he expects the suit provides him the power he needs to fight against a Yonkou's crew, and he came to terms with using that power because wearing a Germa suit didn't mean he had anything to do with Germa or his family.
That is canon. I posted every relevant panel on that other post, so unless you ignored it, you have read it two. This is not forcing narration; ignoring it is.
Sorry typo. I mean Dependency as in compare to his family and himself who can't fight without their RS each time, Sanji can fight with or without it as never he stated it be same stance as his family on wanting and needing RS in every fight which is again wrong notion nor support this as shown in fights like Drake and then ongoing Raid, he still fighting without it.
I never said Sanji can't move around without wearing the suit any more. That's never been one of my points.
However I also disagree about Sanji's family. The siblings showed that he still have supermoves and control their elements without the suits (remember how Niji used his lightning on Sanji without the RS), on top of being engineered superhumans. They wear their suits on top of that because it makes them EVEN stronger. Which is the same that happens with Sanji.
Sanji not going to forget training his body and only do things by suit which your pushing notion he can't do anything without it.
No, Moe, stop. Show me ONE, only ONE instance, in ANY post, in which I said Sanji can't do anything without the RS, or that he will forget his training body, or that fighting with the RS means all his power comes from the suit.
Not a single time I said something like that, not once.
I am debating against that especially when fighting opponents as how he use suit to fight is more because of situational cause if he doing stealth mission and it leads to fighting, make sense why he using it. Though never sake for power thing and never said he stop using it after that as I do see fights with RS, but I see fights without RS.
Sanji hasn't got a single real 1vs1. I know what your points are; there's not reason for Sanji not to use his suit for strength if it's a legit tool that boosts his strength and durability on top of giving him the power of becoming invisible and negating gravity. PRECISELY because the benefits from the suit are 100% compatible with his usual fighting style he should keep using the suit to fight. Precisely because it's a perfect complement to his moveset. Using the suit DOESN'T detract from Sanji's base power or ability. Please don't make sure you understand what my view on this is before you accuse me of saying the opposite of what I've overexplained.
Sanji knows how to use it on his terms, not like how he family use it.
There's no real difference here. His siblings use the moves that they know in tandem with the suits powers, just like he does.
The only thing that bothered Sanji was being associated with his hateful family.
You can see it clearly on how he been using it in arc and how he been fighting and like we discuss on this topic before, Sanji in saving Momo will lead to situational he have to fight with suit on cause obviously his enemies won't wait for him to change, but never dependent of power that he lacks as he doesn't.
He could take it off in an instant if he wanted to with the push of a button. If he fights with the RS on it will be because he wants to.
He WILL be dependent of the power of the suit if he's to have an interesting fight this arc, because Sanji is strong, but you have no way to support he's strong enough to beat certain enemies on his own and the suit boosts him. Every single character is strong in this arc.
If Sanji fights an opponent he could beat without the RS (which obviously exist, I now feel obliged to specify it), then the fight will become overkill with the RS.
PO didn't really have clear damage side as you see after getting up from Luffy's attack and it was clear Luffy wasn't trying and was more testing his new power, He looks fine on his Human form, so you don't need obvious wound to know they been damage as it shown on how they scream in pain and their eyes goes white from receiving damage. It's obvious he got hurt, but it be hard to show on scales given how they drawn. Otherwise again doesn't make sense PO being gone for this long if he wasn't defeated by Sanji which you still pushing that wasn't the case. He says more to help others, but not about it's power as the suit again is more for purposes than fighting for Sanji as he won't stop using his actual body in his fights that goes with his fighting style too.
PO bled and had his jaw broken in a single hit from Luffy.
PO didn't bleed nor break anything against Sanji.
You can argue Sanji defeated him offscreen all you want. There's literally no way for you to proof that and you know I don't agree on that, so use the actual proven facts that are for real on the manga to defend what you say.
From the things we really saw on the manga, Sanji, even with the RS buff, was still inferior to G3 Luffy.
That doesn't mean Sanji doesn't have the potential to pull Diable Jambe techniques with the RS on that are stronger than a hit from G3 Luffy, but the base kicks that he used weren't.
