Well, so far I'm liking the story;

I think they're doing a good job on it, if some changes were to happen, the plot would get too repetitive and totally similar to season ;

And even though Arthur is stealing the powers, there's more than meets the eye: the timeline still must be explained, mianly about Future Peter(Killing Nathan would prevent the catastrophe, but technically, Nathan would die in the explosion in NW in Future Peter's timeline (IIRC), then there's no way that Nathan would tell the truth about the powers if he was dead);

But my only complaint is about Hiro and his 10 years stuff, that was kind of ridiculous, af...

They did that to Hiro because they need to keep some comic relief in the series since things are getting quite serious.It also gives Ando more responsibility and more to do. And even when he was an adult he still acted like a 12 year old so there isn't much difference.

It feels like they getting their script done by a vending machine. How can this go from a awesome show to such a shitty predictable show. I really hate Claire, can't stand that teenager bullshit no more! It feels liks no one gets any smarter at all, sorry for bashing the series. But it had it coming after this episode.

I'm surprised no one really liked this episode. I totally loved it because it gave the people without powers a better purpose. Look at Noah Bennet, totally owned both Elle and Sylar. This guy knows how to fight. I can't wait to see what he does to both of them.

That was the first time that the haitian was able to talk for this long (lol).

One of the main surprises for me was seeing was seeing Daphne in a walker! That was something I was not expecting at all

I didn't like the episode because it seemed to go nowhere. I mean the eclipse thing has been hinted since season one, it seemed to be a mark of the apocalypse and now they use it without much ceremony..Just like "Oh look in 5 minutes we will lose our powers because of an eclipse, Oh well...Shit happens."

c'mon, the show is losing its epicness....

Well, every show have their Ups and Downs. And Sometimes it's a result of the Writters trying to Calm things Down before a big event that'll make fans begging for more. At times you have to fall only to come out Stronger.

The episode was Okay to me. ---> Anyway, all that to say that Claire is Hawt!! That Chick is probably the only thing that makes watch this show even when I don't feel like Watching it.

The episode was Okay to me. ---> Anyway, all that to say that Claire is Hawt!! That Chick is probably the only thing that makes watch this show even when I don't feel like Watching it.

Yeah I have to agree with you that Claire is hot but for some reason I like Elle better, she's got that bad girl character in her. And i really hope this season gets better as well, I want to see how everyone will get their powers back.

I have to say that I didn't care much for this episode, though to be fair, it was just the first half of a two-parter. It was mostly just set-up for what will hopefully be the good stuff next week. I'm trying to stay optimistic. ^^

Although, the 10-year old Hiro stuff is just silly and I'm really disliking the Sylar/Elle pairing. Their interactions seem so forced (like since when does Sylar have to practice his abilities? ) and I feel absolutely no chemistry between the two. Is it just me?

I'm disliking the direction that T.K Is taking the series as of "The Eclipse, Part One", simply because The complete lack of logic presented by the writers is becoming insulting. A full solar eclipse that can be seen the same way In New York and In Haiti at the same time? wtf? Then blatantly insulting attentive fans with conversations between characters in which they contradict past events of the series. One example of this being the conversation between Nathan and Peter when Peter says to Nathan that his flight developed during the Eclipse, when in fact his power surfaced in the car accident with his wife before Arthur 'died'...which was before the Eclipse. Not to mention -- how oftenly do the writers think Eclipses happen? Must be common in there world, I suppose.

The Preview for the next Episode has me very torn, and has me contemplating dropping this series until next season with the hope of more entertaining material.

BTW, for those that haven't realized it yet: Hayden Is wearing a very very fake looking wig, which detracts from her attractiveness.

I didn't care about this episode either. I think these are the kind of episode you have to watch with some others coming after it. It was stretching out some things that weren't necessary at all. On the other hand it sets up for something big to come

The episodes was below the average...I like Sylar and Elle pairing and I can feel the chemistry.

I also think Elle is more hawt than Claire.....and Daphney has got some nice balloons..

Hopefully the second episode will bet better.

What is the use of the eclipse if things went back to how they were?...the predictability factor is very high and I think they are copying ideas from mangas.

Well this episode was in the middle for me. There were some things that happened were really cool to see. The first thing would be about Sylar, is he back to his old self again? It looks like he's about to steal Elle's powers like he tried before. I don't know for y'all but Hiro was my favorite character in this episode. It was cool to see him pop out of nowhere at Claire's house. It was so sudden that both Sylar and Elle could not even do anything about it. I can't wait to see the next episode, will Hiro be able to restore his memories? And what is Claire going to think now when she was actually witnessed being assigned to Mr. Bennett. This episode made me realize something i never did before, Hiro and Claire never actually had a conversation. It was about time......

No, I thought that the eclipse would bring a new story twist rather than your average x-men copy.
Since we knew Claire would come back as well as Sylar (thank god, Goody two shoes Sylar sucked)...But it is getting very predictable like it is a copy of something else and the new stuff seem random instead of well planned by the writers.

Like the powers coming from the eclipse a year before, like someone stated in Nathan's case it was in the car crash.

Clair only got invincible last year during the eclipse(according to the predicament of the cast), so the 14/15 years before she was normal... Why does she not have an immunity system for the first 15 years of her life?

"As if she never got sick in her life"..yeah right...

Of course it's not well planned, you do know they had a completely different story lined up? but becuase of the strike, they had to change it, for example the end of season 2 was re-made really quickly because the virus was initially supposed to spread and not be stopped by Peter. If anything blame the strike!

this episode was ok. The only good parts happened when Hiro was in the comic store(even though them being in a comic book is kinda lame) with Seth Green and that other guy from Road Trip and the part when Hiro shows up to save Claire and her family. And why is Peter still powerless, gosh just give him some damn powers already. And it's good to see Sylar going bad again. I knew it wouldn't last
