Letting people get on my nerves, being too patient, being too good to other people to the point they make me feel bad about it... stuff like that.

Well, friends help and support each other but if you think some people aren't sincere and they are taking advantage of your goodwill, you can simply stop being nice to them and keep them at a distance.

There is a difference between being a bitch and standing up for yourself. To some people, it's the same, but those people suck and should be avoided at all costs. Better yet, avoid those who take advantage of you.

Patience is the way to go in most cases...I have infinite of it, and it always shows its worth

Yeah that's usually a problem, being too nice to people who take advantage of you that is. It's not really about being a bitch, but more about standing up for yourself and learning to say no.Also it may be worth it to dump the people who try to take advantage of you if that's possible.
All in all being too nice or a bitch which can be considered the extremes is the problem. You just have to find the middle ground.

Stand up for yourself. Stop saying "I"MA BE A BITCH!!1" like it's cool and hip. All you need to do is stand up for yourself and be firm. Just do you and no one else. If someone asks for a favor and they don't do shit for you in return, refuse. If someone who does a lot for you asks for a favor, do it if you want or refuse if you don't want to do a favor. Not necessarily being a bitch.

You can always apply for jobs. I hear that's a great way of getting a job, but what do I know?

I don't actually think there's anything wrong with doing a favor for someone with no return, if you want to or if its not a big deal. Sometimes being nice makes you feel good as long you're not too overboard with it.
Although people are dicks so someone is always bound to want to take advantage.

I agree with Holt. I always do favours without expecting anything in return. It feels good when I give a hand to people in need.
