I'm a little confused what's the original concept for the Einzberns? I guess Hiro may have added stuff from Fate/Stay Night at this point but that's up to Hiro.

Well you know the series was suppose to end at volume 10. So it might have been more something else he had plan in the beginning.
What can I say? Lucy was held back because letting her awesomeness run freely would have brought on world destruction.

This whole Ankhseram Lucy vs Fairy God Zeref might actually happen. She did oppose the god of death by deciding to rewrite Natsu's story thereby bring him back to life. Same thing that Zeref and Mavis did.What can I say? Lucy was held back because letting her awesomeness run freely would have brought on world destruction.
And before Erza and Makarov took hits at Jose..... In base form, Lucy had already brought pain to his world.
That's why Natsu had to catch her foot as his first good feat back from his training. Cuz the Lucy kick is above god tier.

Battle between Ankhseram Lucy vs Fairy Zeref over Natsu.
Well, she likely will. She always manages to save the day when things get particularly grim in any given arc. Things seemingly took a turn for the worst now so it makes sense she will be able to do something. I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up doing something regarding the plot hole where acnologia was thrown into and is presumably escaping from
Tartaros Lucy was where she shined the most. I mean Aquarius star dress Urano, CSK summon and surviving Alegria was so badass! I hope she does a spell in this arc that is OP.

Probably because they were spoiled in tartaros with Lucy having all her moments in one place.Lucy has had some really great moments this arc showing off her power that I think gets downplayed.
Her Aquarius Stardress packs alot of power. Her AquaMetria spell was really impressive.
Scorpio and her Stardress were also impressive
Her overpowering Giant Brandish with Cancer form was also impressive:

Taurus stardress also super impressive.
Her Gemini Stardress was also impressive:
Lucy vs Brandish IMO was one of the best choreographed fights this arc.
Her battle against Jacob I disliked not because of the fanservice like some but because Hiro had her use her weakest Stardress against him. If you look at the Lucy vs Brandish fight or Lucy vs Azir fight versus the Lucy vs Jacob fight it doesn't even seem like Lucy is trying to win. There were so many better stardresses Lucy could have used against Jacob and won that it isn't even funny. Hell even using her spirits alone could have produced a better fight. We not have Leo attack Jacob Head on as he is the best combatant among her spirits outside of Capricorn and then have Virgo attack from underneath while Sagittarius attacked from a distance. She could have attacked in him Cancer form by slicing him.
Lucy vs Flare was BS,to be honest. Lucy could have left Cancer and made him cut Flare's hair to bold but,didnt cause for plot reasons.
I thought the exact same thing. Urano Metria and Combination attacks while Nice to see IMO were all overkill against an opponent like Flare. I feel Like Hiro Mashima cheated Lucy in the GMG arc.
The only way Brandish was holding back was by the fact she could enlarge Lucy's organs. Outside of that she did everything else against Lucy she possibly could even things her mass manipulation power shouldn't have been doing.
I have to disagree. Since Brandish had no intention of killing Lucy she had to avoid using any technique that would have killed her. Dimaria even says that. Brandish could have enlarged herself and then stomped Lucy or could have broken her neck as soon as she had Lucy in her grasp. The whole battle was a farce, it was just Brandish playing pretend, so it's a large assumption to say she wasn't holding back a lot when she clearly was by not killing her every time she had the chance to. The fact that all of Lucy's attacks were less effective against Brandish than Cana's simple karate chop makes me even more disappointed with how Lucy got treated in this arc.
