Hey guys! Some of you probably know me from Naruto Forums as the person who multitasks a lot...sig requests and also translations people might have. I joined MH a while ago when I realized the Naruto manga was actually better than the fillers (duh~). Njt gave me a nice welcoming and here I am.
I'm from Boston with family from Peru and parts of China and Japan (great-grandparents). I've been taking Japanese for around 6 years now since high school and I'm still taking it in college. I actually didn't really watch much anime before I took Japanese, just the usual Sailor Moon they had on TV, but I got a little more into it as the years went by.
I also speak Spanish, and some Chinese, and I took Latin for 6 long years so I can read basic French and get the gist of it too. Plus I took Greek for a year, meh. I love learning languages if you didn't notice.
So as for college, my major is Japanese and International Letters (which is a comparitive major) concerning Japanese and Spanish literature. I need to take the JLPT too...
I just started translating manga which is ironic since I don't read manga...I haven't read any manga to its entirety in English or Japanese (but that will change!)...I prefer watching and listening to Japanese than to be reading it..but I have seen many Japanese dramas, music, and random shows. Currently, I'm translating Dragon Zakura for PK Translations and Beshari Gurashi for Knockout! Translating has become my new hobby aside from GFXing
I'm also learning how to make 3D art!!! yay!!
