• Characters are to be chosen from any video game.
• It'is up to you to define what is "hot". It sn’t just about abs, or pretty faces (though those help). It could also be about presence, charisma, voice if applied, attitude, and that aura that makes a character unforgettable.You’re free to define “hot” however you want, elegant, dangerous, soft, confident, mysterious, … as long as they made you feel something.
• Characters from 18+ games are not allowed. Please keep it appropriate.
• Honorable mentions are allowed.
• If you want to add comments/explanations, I will gladly add them in the countdown.
• As long as deadline is not reached, you can change your lists as much as you want.
• Please, rank your top following the usual format :

- Are anime manga characters like Bulma or Nami or Comics/Marvel and such characters, eligible?

There are plenty of games that are adapted from manga/animes, technically they are video game characters, but we just had an anime/manga characters round, I believe if possible, I prefer players to avoid nominating characters coming from original manga/anime medium ( I am aware that sometimes it's hard to tell, like in Pokemon /fate series, I believe game came out 1st). I have accepted last round maybe some characters that were coming potentially from anime adapted from original video games, though.​

- I want to join but, I know nothing about video games.

The host knows almost nothing about games, however, she managed to make a list so don't worry if she could do a list, anyone can do ! It's about hotness character round, you don't need to have any game prior knowledge, you only have to pick the ones you like,it can help to no for sure but not a requirement. If you don't know any games, you can check out the popular licenses Wikia ( such as Genshin Impact, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy, Street fighters, League of Legends, Pokemon, etc.) You can check characters in previous mafia games' video games themes to help you :​

- Is there any restriction regarding game eligibility?

You can't nominate several times the same character from different games, if you want, for example, to nominate Link from Zelda, just specify the one you want to feature, I will count only one Link. Otherwise, you can nominate any character from any video game, be it an older game or newer, online or consoles, any kind of game works. Though please, nominate only humanoid characters (pokemon, monsters, animals are not eligible, elfs, androids etc are allowed) and avoid nominating a minor character, like an onlooker, like this:​

Still, I don't think you are 100% right, even if I know where you are coming from. Madara used several Katon and at least one Fuuton Jutsu. I doubt any of those are superior to a Mangekyou Sharingan ability.

Also, it could be that lakhan just wants to see Madara go all out solely with his Sharingan/MS/EMS, which means Madara wouldn't have access to 90-95% of the Jutsus he showed in the manga.

That's a weird way of seeing things. The theme doesn't say it has to be strongest form of the character. From fighting point of view, Madara with Rinnegan is a complete different character than a Madara without Rinnegan. Both of them can go all out, one of them is just weaker than the other, but that is not the point of the theme (in my view). Madara without the Rinnegan would have to fight differently, I can see the charm to want to see that.

Yeah, he used some elemental jutsu parlor tricks before he got serious and pulled out his big dick techniques after.

I don't really want to go in detail, since we have no idea what Madara's MS abilities are, but I don't think every big dick technique () he showed in the manga is superior to a MS ability. But I have nothing to base this on unless we take other MS abilities like Kotoamatsukami or Tsukuyomi into consideration.

Considering that the whole point of the manga is to highlight the other characters, who aren't Saitama, this might not ever even happen...

Nope, after having both rinnegan, dropping meteors and casting tsukuyomi was interesting part where he had to fight Sasuke and naruto, which would have showcased his true strength , but was screwed over by BZ.
2- Also want to see him using other jutsus in MS, EMS etc like the ones he used during juubi mode.

There could be legit reasons why Madara was nominated. I mean, he never showed his specific two Mangekyou Sharingan abilities as far as I recall.

Never got to see his specific or unique MS/EMS ability or not even confirmation as to if he even has one.

Already saw his EMS limits against hashirama battle...needed more of tht pre summoning kyuubi.

His basic genjutsu is nearly on par with tsukuyomi imo since he managed to put Ay , whose reflexes are enhanced by lightning chakra , said to be on par with the yellow flash's teleportation and tht too easily with just one of the clones.
