Yep, because you can just go employing other companies workers. Obviously you can't do that!
What do you mean? I was quite sure people that work on anime can work for multiple studios at the same overlapping point in time. Additionally, weve already seen that someone doing a shonen jump manga for Shueisha (Narita) was still penning stories for ASCII Media Works (DRRR SH!), so Im confused by your "you cant go emplyoing other employees workers." line. So unless ASCII Media Works of Kadowaka is now owned by Shueisha, your comment is a bit confusing and nonfactual.

Most Animators are freelancer and not fixed employers.

About manga authors, normally they have a exclusive contract to the company, but can be made extraordinary agreements where one person can work for various companies. It can be that he is a freelancer and only the respective works are exclusive of the companies, or can be that he still works for one company and the other companies have to pay royalties to the effective one.
Even this extraordinary contracts normally only work for the same field and different works, so in this case mangaka and not Hunter x Hunter.

We have cases of Toriyama that isn't an employer of Shueisha anymore(I believe), but Dragon Ball is still a Shueisha and Toei Franchise.
Takehiko Inoue that is doing Real for Shueisha and Vagabond for Kodansha, though I don't really know what is situation with both publishers. I would assume that right now he is a freelancer author.(Given that he started doing Vagabond 2 years after Slam Dunk, and for what Bakuman said you're fired after 1 or 2 years without having a new serialized work in Shonen Jump).
Kajiwara Ikki, creator of Ashita no Joe, that was doing at the same time works for Kodansha and other rival publishers, though he had to use a pseudonym to achieve that(so outside of the law XD).

Note that all the cases of working for different companies at the same time also means doing different works, not the same. So unless Shueisha fires Togashi or Togashi leaves Shueisha, and Togashi is able to get full rights of Hunter x Hunter, him getting employed to Madhouse(or any other anime company) with Hunter x Hunter will not happen.
Do you really believe that Shueisha that left Togashi take as many hiatus as he wants, never ending the series nor changing from Magazines will allow Hunter x Hunter to slip through their fingers?

There's some mangakas that work on multiple publishers, so I don't think it's a problem.
Also, animators and ilustrators are most freelancers so It's common place to work at multiple studios.

The real problem here is that Shueisha would be really pissed if Togashi asked them the premission to continue the story on anime only.

They are waiting for years for his "real" comeback and I'm pretty sure that they are not happy with this situation.

Why would Togashi need to get the HxH rights? Since it is highly likely that HxH discs are still selling and the anime is still being licensed in other countries, then it is highly likely that those in charge of the anime in japan are still in charge of the anime and have an option to make more HxH whenever they feel like it. It is difficult to believe they couldnt make more at this point in time of their own volition.

Shueisha would be silly not to go along with such an idea to spread the HxH name, continue the story, and reap increased manga sales from reinvigorated fans of HxH. They could even give someone else the rains to draw an HxH manga. There are many KilGon artists out there with artistic talent that trumps Togashi, so no one would be all the wiser.

Togashi has to get the full rights of HxH, because when he started working with Shueisha in the contract they also have rights from his work. That was shown in Bakuman and we have real life examples of Mazinger Z, City Hunter, Saint Seiya and others.

The rights that the animation studio has(or studio committee) are given by the publisher, so while they have some liberty they aren't free to do whatever they want.
What you're talking is doing a filler arc or an entire original series like Dragon Ball GT(Though Dragon Ball had already ended, while HxH is still running). For that ask Madhouse why they don't want to do it.

What good would spread HxH name if the only people profiting from it would be Togashi and the animation studio? Old manga sales will not be significant just because of a continuous anime. Think like this, how much do you think Dragon Ball old volumes are selling with the airing of Dragon Ball Kai and Dragon Ball Super? They didn't nor do even appear in the Top 500 Shoseki ranking! And Hunter x Hunter when the 2011 version was airing? Also didn't even appeared in it.

About another person drawing for Togashi, that could very well happen, but is rare in Japan. I believe that is in the hands of the mangaka to ask for other to draw for him.

Someone on reddit posted what the source of that image is:
https://twitter.com/ikkou390000/status/636785029285187586

He says that drawing was decorating the house Togashi's grew up in, which is in the city of Shinjou. It's for Shinjou Matsuri, a festival that goes on from the 24th to 26th. The guy says "The house is a shop, so I was able to go see it. But the drawing itself belongs to the artist, his family, the city of Shinjou, or Shuueisha. So I don't think you can buy it." He also said he talked to Togashi's mom about a bunch of stuff.

After Bleach on the cover, it will be Kochikame. Maybe in the one after.
(Kaizou 10 posted about cover #41 on BA).

But the next issue (the one with the Kochikame cover) will have the last GFC oneshot, so I expect the new series batch to start right after it. At least since 2009, there's always a new serialization batch in September.

I think they will give the Cover at One piece and then at the new series.
Anyway I have a prediction for next issues:#42-43:Ends Lady Justice with 16 or 17 chapter. Its more probable in the issue 43.
44#:end of devilyman (17 chapters)
45#:end of best blue (10 chapters )

¿Best Blue? Series finished with 10 chapters is unusual (possible, has happened), I think Kagamigami is more probable, but neither. Lady Justice and Devilyman sure, two entries this time.

Assassination Classroom is almost finished. I think it will be done in 5 chapters up to 10.

Wait until Best Blue is ranked this week for sure before calling for its end. Devilyman and Lady Justice are toast though. It all depends how big the next serialization round is....

I think best blue will not have good rankings. It's in the bottom and still hasn't ranked. It's a bad signal for it.
Anyway in how much time (for those who are reading them)will end Nisekoi and Gintama?

For Nisekoi, I would say somewhere between 20-40 chapters left to conclude.

Gintama entered what seems to be a final arc for it and Nisekoi also starts to get down to business. IMHO Nisekoi could wrap up in less than 20 chapters and Gintama in 6 months to a year depending how will the arc play out. I can't believe I'm witnessing the dawn of a new age in WSJ history where there could be only one manga which sells 1M at the time assuming Ansatsu really does end until the end of the year

Gintama's hard to gauge. The only way to know it's "the end" would be that all plot points are tied up. It's doing now what seems to be the last arc, but it could go on for quite some time, as basically this arc is "beat the big bad". A few stories have ended, but a lot still have loose ends. They finally identified all the guys we thought "They need to explain who these guys are at some point" (Actually we still haven't seen the Emperor, so maybe there's that), now it's a matter of how the Yorozuya, Kiheitai, Harusame, Shogunate, Shinsengumi, and Tendoushuu all converge into some sort of conclusion that involves all of them and gives conclusions to their major characters. The thing is right now we have no idea what Gin and co. are gonna do and how they could actually achieve what they're now setting out to do.
