Kishi doesn't write BorutoKishimoto (Boruto),
Kishi doesn't write BorutoKishimoto (Boruto),
also, this post issa joke, you're focusing on the set up and missing the punchlinewhich means the next issue will have work by so many notable mangakas
Mashima, Toriyama (DBS), Kishimoto (Boruto), Takahashi (YGO)
and the biggest legend of them all Yuuki Nakashima (Kirihoushi never forget)
I remember 2 or 3 "which manga you want to get anime adaptation" in which he was one but it where after he ended.same with Psyren which either won or was a runner up for countless surveys for "which manga you want to get anime adaptation" so we know it had the fan base willing to vote for it, and was ended too soon too
Still funny that a new YGO series is coming, and V-arc still ongoing and Vrains didn't have a manga(I know that 5D end after the next anime began, but I remember that they were both manga adaptation ongoing).next issue of V Jump will republish Mashima Dragon Quest oneshot

I know rules and rules and I will drop this after this message, just wanted to give my two cents. I also appreciate you moderating this thread, btw, is not really a big complaint. So, I discussed this with an admin (xi0 more specifically) and as it turns out, the 24 hour waiting period rule DOES also apply to the official (mangaplus, etc) releases. I apologize for spreading misinformation.
Again though, even when the 24 hour rule no longer applies, you are still required to use spoiler tags when discussing details about new chapters. I know it's inconvenient and it wasn't enforced for the longest time, but rules are rules.
To quote a recent Discord message, Writing in the wrong channel probably is less annoying to read than channel policing. We're getting kinda off-topic now guys. Let's course correct, please.
If I just started deleting posts that broke the rules, it can lead to people being automatically temp-banned, which is why I'm trying to avoid that.To quote a recent Discord message, Writing in the wrong channel probably is less annoying to read than channel policing.
You have been quite polite so far though which is good.
Yoichi Amano is slowly becoming the most surprising failure in Jump artist history. Like he’s got stuff going on, but no-one actually seems to want itMist Gear Blast from the Akaboshi, Stealth Symphony and Over Time mangaka axed by Jump+ after just 18 biweekly chapters and horrible sales.
Vol 2 to release in September.
Yoichi Amano doesn't give up. The guy must be the mangaka with the most canceled work from the jump and yet he doesn't give up.Mist Gear Blast from the Akaboshi, Stealth Symphony and Over Time mangaka axed by Jump+ after just 18 biweekly chapters and horrible sales.

Tbh no, since Part I ended on a very high note with most of the main cast’s arcs coming to an end, a nice epilogue chapter to just a glimpse of the pro arc would of been enough, maybe Part II could of being moved to different magazine, kinda like New Prince of Tennis if it was possiblehmmmm....
would you feel it was rushed if it ended with part one without a time skip?
personally I feel that the entire second half is unnecessary & while entertaining is no where near as good as the highschool arc
specially when it comes to exploring characters motives, also despite Ushio moving up as a pro the world started to feel smaller imo
Yes I am well aware that in spite of its decline Soma still outsold Sumo, that it was most likely just a business move, but hey the fact that they allowed Sumo to live this long and letting it progress naturally is stil something, wouldn’t of being out of the realm of possibility to just let it have some GIGA action too, was just saying this since I just wished the last chapter was more fullfilingand regarding why did Soma get the GIGA treatment instead of Sumo
they put main magazine stuff to GIGA so it would sell, Hinomaru have proved time and time again it can't move merch, with weak manga sales & weak anime sales, meanwhile Soma have lost some of its following but it still sell better
I admit I only said it given Kodansha’s latest trend to pull authors from other magazines, in particular I was thinking how Nakaba Suzuki, who I know isn’t Part of this recent trend, also wrote a sports manga in Jump with a moderate run before moving between magazines before landing in WSM and making Nanatsu. Given how Magazine is filled with rom coms and such currently and how Kawada managed to pull one of the best shonen Jump romances maybe he pul something, dunno just a maybe, if he wants to comeback to Jump with a story he is confident enough, whatever it is about then let’s go I’ve got no problem with that, tho I admit I still think a historical seinen from being will absolutely rockand about the Kodansha comment, are suggesting that Shueisha was bad to Hinomaru Zumou?
the first chapter of Hinomaru ranked first in ToC, the first manga to do so since Eyeshield
during its 5 years run it was in the top with titles with the most amount of color pages every year
they kept it in the magazine for 28 volumes despite its sales which i believe makes it the longest running title with weak sales
for comparison series with similar sales like it (30k club)
Sesuji wo Pin lasted 10 volumes
Samon-kun lasted 10 volumes
Isobe Isobee lasted 16 volumes
even Psyren which sold better only lasted 16 volumes
lastly, Kodansha isn't innocent of rushing an MMA manga with weak sales out of the magazine
anyone remember this?

there's no reason to assume they would treat Hinomaru Sumo any differently
"Thanks to your support we were able to continue the series for 5 years! Thank you all so much!"Furudate is great, giving a congrats to HZ. I had a feeling Furudate would be the only one
What was Kawada's comment?
Honestly, given how good his artwork is I'm surprised he hasn't found more success yet. I know artwork doesn't equal success but I just think it would have been a lot better for him had he paired up with a writer. I'm sure an editor or two may have suggested the same and now think Yoichi is just being stubborn...Yoichi Amano doesn't give up. What happened to ana no mujina?
It was his best and most enduring work to date.
but stealth symphony was another person who wrote, which was the Narita (author of durarara), the amano only drawing, and even then was a failure.Honestly, given how good his artwork is I'm surprised he hasn't found more success yet. he did that for Dragon Quest 11 on the Switch guidebook, but since Shueisha is the publisher for it, they got the rights for everything in it, they put it on Jump Plus a while ago tooLol why Mashima crawls into V Jump? He could have publish it in any Kodansha magazine and they would have let him
Arc V ended, the current YGO manga is supposed to be realistic and teach kids how to play the game and build a deck by the actual rulesStill funny that a new YGO series is coming, and V-arc still ongoing and Vrains didn't have a manga(I know that 5D end after the next anime began, but I remember that they were both manga adaptation ongoing).
he put that on hiatus voluntarilyWhat happened to ana no mujina?

Ooops! I stand corrected. Maybe Yoichi Amano is just unlucky...and i think Mist Gear Blast is an adaptation of a mobile game so he might didn't write that too
