『水惑星年代記』（みずわくせいねんだいき）は、大石まさるの漫画作品。
漫画雑誌「ヤングキングアワーズ」に掲載されていた、オムニバス形式の漫画である。
世界観は『空からこぼれた物語』で設定されたパラレルワールドを基にしており、近未来的な月面都市や軌道エレベータが実用化されている一方で、牧歌的で長閑とした地上が共存した風景がみられる。
上記の作品と大きく異なる点は、水位上昇によって多くの土地が水没していることにある。それも住宅や電線、高層建造物など人間社会の痕跡をほぼ完全に残したまま（すなわち撤去できないまま）であることから、非常に急速な変化であったことが伺い知れる。
