Summary and Preview
Miyoshi Asami has just started high school, and, on the first day, clubs present what they do to recruit new members. While watching the anime club's video presentation, Miyoshi feels like she's flying through the sky, if only for a moment.
When she goes to check out the anime club, technically the Anime Research Society, she finds out that they're a group of layabouts with no funding who watch the great creations of former members without creating anything themselves. Miyoshi may be an airhead, but her enthusiasm catches everyone by surprise when she says, "Why don't we create an anime?" [polm23]
