Summary and Preview
Shiomi Yutori just graduated college but has only recently tasted ramen 6 months ago after coming back to Japan from the US and falling in love with it. She is incredibly talented in cooking, and has impeccable taste buds and food sense. She applies to the Serigawa Project, a company started by the famous ramen chef Serizawa Tatsuya that operates as a restaurant consulting company that focuses on ramen shops. Yutori is just as creative as she is blunt, even criticizing Serizawa’s ramen with its flaws. Although Yutori gets the job at the company, she will need more than creativity and cooking skills if she wants to master this job. [vyc]
