Summary and Preview
27-year-old Nakamura Kyoko has a recurring dream of swimming through the sky. Although that might sound pleasant, her dream swimming is actually difficult, exhausting, and even painful. The dreams reflect the stress and indecision of her current life.
Kyoko is a female announcer for a tv morning show, and her boyfriend Ryousuke is a professional baseball player. Ryousuke has been hired to play in America, and he wants Kyoko to come with him and marry him. She loves him, but accepting his proposal will also mean the end of all of her career dreams. At the same time, Kyoko is running into various problems at the station, not the least of which is sexual harassment. Kyoko is not certain that she's willing to give what it takes to be a top tv announcer. Will Kyoko be able to figure out what she truly wants out of her life and have the determination to see it through? [tethysdust]
