I think Mavis would be a cure for Zeref since I think Mavis's plan might have something to do with making Zeref mortal which might have something to with Mavis's plan. Didn't Yukino trained in hand to hand combat and studied martial arts while she was in Sabertooth and Sorano use some hand to hand combat? That would allow Yukino and Sorano be able to fight Jacob with both their magic and hand to hand combat. When you said it's weird that Lucy already used the Scorpio Star Dress do you mean she won't fight Ajeel or do you mean something else? Maybe Capricorn does have an energy ability but if Capricorn does have energy ability then which spriggan could Lucy use that on and who do you think will fight Larcade. Lucy's goal to fight would be to protect Natsu since in chapter 501 Lucy said she wanted to protect Nasu. Yukino and Sorano's goal to fight would be so Sorano can redeem herself and so Yukino can be a family again with her sister. Mavis's goal would be to protect her guild and her friends and I remember it was the Sacrifar sword form that had the berserker physical ability.

I was thinking make tricking Zeref into killing himself by his curse somehow. Like use his magic against him because that's what's natsu tried to do against Jacob when he took Lucy's clothes and that's the only thing I can think of.

Sorano and Yukino would be the best I feel for jacob. Think you have stated this. Sorano would just need a way to lock or keep his teleport. The only reason Lucy survived was because of horologium.

I'm not sure about the star dress. Basically grasping at straws because the star dresses have been mostly used in situations showcasing their designs (area, Virgo); supporting other battles (Gemini, saggitarius); used against general villains (Taurus); or were used in brandish's battle. So not sure if they will be used again or if.....

Cuz if the theory is true and this arc plus Avatar is 120 (or 130) chapters of zodiac. Why? Are we counting down to something where we would need the 12-13 zodiac?

Mashima would want to promote when Lucy fights again and when Angel and Yukino fight. We just don't know what that is yet. Especially with the jumping of subplot since U1. Think we might need to know more about Zeref or the Spriggans to truly know.

If Zeref is parallel to Shakuma then Mashima will redo the Sieghart vs Haja with Jellal vs August. In Rave Master after Shakuma was defeated Shakuma died so I guess this means Zeref will die and I guess Mavis will die after she cures Zeref so that way after Zeref dies Mavis and Zeref can be together in the afterlife. That sounds good. Mashima will either keep the rave parallels similar or twist them since he's found ways of introducing those characters and situation in the story.

Knowing Mashima he's going to keep doing the Rave Master parallels similar. Since Irene in chapter 519 Irene leaving Erza at the church in Rosemary Village after she was born is a parallel to Marakia giving up Gale for adoption after he was born. Also if Zeref is a parallel to Shakuma then Precht’s death is a parallel to Marakia Symphonia's death since Marakia was killed by the curse that Shakuma put on him but in this case Zeref kills Precht with using his Ankhseram curse and the Ankhseram curse is a parallel to the curse that Shakuma put on Marakia. I'm also happy to talk about theories with you it's a lot fun and in a way I am similar to Levy since I do love to read and I own a lot of books and still planning on buying more books.

I think Acnologia is a parallel to Lucia since in chapters 436 and 489 there were panels that Acnologia looked similar to Lucia when he smiled.

The whole Anna, Layla, Lucy, Eclipse, Dragon Slayers, etc caught my interest...

• Are clans a thing in FT universe?
• Does the Heartfilia own all the golden keys? If so, why did they spread them instead of keeping them safe? Or were they spread by an accident?
• Why did Layla keep this from Lucy instead of telling her the truth? Why did the Celestial Spirits not tell Lucy the memories of the stars before?
• Who picked/separated the 5 DSs? (Natsu to FT, Gajeel to Phantom Lord, Wendy to Cait Shelter, Sting and Rogue to Sabertooth)

I think that orginally all golden keys belonged to Heartiflias but sometime in the past they were used to summon celestial king (celestial king and mard geer knew each other) because ot that broke and reaperared somewhere in the world and were found by someone else.

Now that you mention it, in vol. 7 of Emergency Request: Explain the Mysteries in FT, it was implied that they can change once Lucy ever becomes powerful when Mira wondered what would Taurus look like. I'm not sure if Mashima forgot about that or Lucy still not at that stage yet
