Yup, I've played all of them. Including Suikoden Tactics. And 5 was really good. The great ones are 1, 2, and 5. An argument could be made for Suikoden 3 with it's 4 protagonists but it's just not as good as the others IMO. The only bad one is Suikoden 4.

Too bad, Konami is dead and we'll never get another.

That's a shame. I feel like the golden age of the JRPG started on the SNES and continued on the PSone. We don't speak of the PS2 era JRPGs mostly....

You messed up with BoF3 too, because you have a BoF2 pic, and instead of the PS1 cover of Resident Evil, you got the cover for the first remake for the GameCube. Just saying, doesn;t matter much though.

No he didn't, I wrote 2002 version intentionally. It's everything the original was, but amazing-looking even though it's 15 years old now. I sort of have a dilemma with the Remake of RE2 as well, since it is that good... haven't finished playing through it yet though, so didn't feel right to include it.

@xi0 I had MG3 on my Honorable Mentions list, it's without a doubt the best of the series. The Subsistence version is even better though!

Yeah, it took the best things from the first two games in the Solid series and made it better IMO. The fact that it was set in the past made it feel a bit more grounded in history. The constraints of being more historical somehow prevented Kojima from getting too batshit or something.

I never really thought about it until now, but the prospect of a remake for that game would be awesome to me. Too bad Konami is garbage...

GoldenEye is a very surprising game for me cause I thought at first it would be just another shooting game. Glad I was wrong XP

It doesn't have the depth or amazing story that other games have, but thinking of which games I sunk the most hours into and had the most fun with friends as a kid, GoldenEye would be hard to top. Hell, the game was worth hours of fun just unlocking all cheats and playing solo.... but the Multiplayer was hilarious fun and full of rage-inducing moments.

Friendly reminder that if you pick Oddjob, you're a pussy and a cheater.

That game left a big impact on the ones that played it when it came out. The characters had voices in battles! In 94... That was so awesome. Altho after hearing Mint screaming "Valkyrie" for the third time I felt like shooting her '_' Dhaos is also a great antagonist. Made me feel like shit in the game xD
It also has great puzzles and challenges, the characters are entertaining. And the translation was the best part '_'
