Guidelines

Characters are to be chosen from any video game.
It'is up to you to define what is "hot". It sn’t just about abs, or pretty faces (though those help). It could also be about presence, charisma, voice if applied, attitude, and that aura that makes a character unforgettable.You’re free to define “hot” however you want, elegant, dangerous, soft, confident, mysterious, … as long as they made you feel something.
Characters from 18+ games are not allowed. Please keep it appropriate.
Honorable mentions are allowed.
If you want to add comments/explanations, I will gladly add them in the countdown.
As long as deadline is not reached, you can change your lists as much as you want.
Please, rank your top following the usual format :

1 - 10 pts

F.A.Q.

- Are anime manga characters like Bulma or Nami or Comics/Marvel and such characters, eligible?

There are plenty of games that are adapted from manga/animes, technically they are video game characters, but we just had an anime/manga characters round, I believe if possible, I prefer players to avoid nominating characters coming from original manga/anime medium ( I am aware that sometimes it's hard to tell, like in Pokemon /fate series, I believe game came out 1st). I have accepted last round maybe some characters that were coming potentially from anime adapted from original video games, though.

- I want to join but, I know nothing about video games.

The host knows almost nothing about games, however, she managed to make a list so don't worry if she could do a list, anyone can do ! It's about hotness character round, you don't need to have any game prior knowledge, you only have to pick the ones you like,it can help to no for sure but not a requirement. If you don't know any games, you can check out the popular licenses Wikia ( such as Genshin Impact, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy, Street fighters, League of Legends, Pokemon, etc.) You can check characters in previous mafia games' video games themes to help you :

- Is there any restriction regarding game eligibility?

You can't nominate several times the same character from different games, if you want, for example, to nominate Link from Zelda, just specify the one you want to feature, I will count only one Link. Otherwise, you can nominate any character from any video game, be it an older game or newer, online or consoles, any kind of game works. Though please, nominate only humanoid characters (pokemon, monsters, animals are not eligible, elfs, androids etc are allowed) and avoid nominating a minor character, like an onlooker, like this:

Deadline : September 9th (but I might extend it, and certainly will do if necessary)

Probably my favourite female character of all time :zomg

She's so damn badass yet feminine and stylish when making hurricanes that cut trees into pieces with her giant fan (her fight against Tayuya is one of my favourite in the series). So caring for her brothers and her ship with Shikamaru is imho one of the few acceptable and legit Naruto pairings (they were just ment to be). She deserved more space in the plot :-_-

Madara only succeed due to having the EMS, and since he was the first to awaken that, obviously no Uchiha before him could have done the same. It doesn't help that the Kyuubi's own flashback explaining his hatred begins with Madara... The Kyuubi did have a rough past, but a major theme of the series was that a terrible past wasn't justification for one's actions (except Sasuke apparently).

But she ended up weakening soon after, which was what allowed him to act in the first place. I find it hard to believe his only course of action was attacking Naruto and hoping Minato didn't have another vassal as backup.

Based on what we have seen, how troublesome could those attempts have been? It took a thousandsome ninjas to just hold the Kyuubi back, and that was while mind controlled. Let's not even factor in the literal terrain altering Bijuu Blast... Since Madera and Hashirama were stated to Elbe the first to begin drawing multiple clans together, odds would be that any large effort to confront the Kyuubi would only have involved at best a hundred, and most of those would have been fodder. Any conflict would have easily went the Kyuubi's way and it seems unlikely people would have kept at it if he was wiping out entire clans/groups in each attempt. These attempts might have been annoying, but it doesn't seem like there would have been any serious threat. This is kind of supported by the Kyuubi's own memeories, which start with Madara, the one person who had an actual method of controlling him, and followed by a bunch of others who also had specific means of controlling it. So unless the Senji and Uzumaki were the ones in the past, which would have been interesting, being harassed enough doesn't make much sense. Of course, that's obviously due to the narrative being changed about the Bijuus.

Possible that Kushina was the inspiration behind protecting Naruto, while HInata wasn't as important as the jinchuuriki.

Plus, instead of being there for Naruto, Hiruzen left Naruto to his own devices. :cookiehand

I dunno, Hiruzen probably acknowledged that Danzou was important and needed to do shady shit to protect the village. Danzou was way too extreme though, he and Tobirama did the most damage to Konoha and villages. Sadly, Uchiha haters will defend Tobirama just because they hate Uchiha.

But I'm not going to lie, seeing Sasuke beat Danzou was satisfying. Danzou claims he did it because he loved Konoha, but that's horseshit when you know he was willing to get Konoha citizens die to usurp power.

The Land of Waves arc always makes me tear up a bit. A truly beautiful and special arc.

Extraordinary performance from Zabuza as a villain. He was truly legit.

Rest well, and thank you for your amazing contribution in this series, Zabuza-sama!

Man, that arc was one of the best, and Zabuza was a great villain, along with Haku. I loved how Kishi made him more complex rather than run-of-the-mill average villain. A man warped by the shinobi system who pretended to be cold, but he actually cared for Haku so much.

I hate the fact that she didn't get a proper fight against Pain as the Hokage.
And not really a big fan of this 'I am female, so I must be the healer' trope.
But overall, she was a fine character I guess.

Such an amazing kunoichi, and it was great to see how Naruto influenced her. I wasn't a fan of her being a major Naruto fan in the second part though, but she was still badass from how she fought Pain to her standing up to Madara and saving the other kage. I do wish we could have seen more from her combat wise though, instead of just healing, kuchiyose, and monster strength. Her chakra control should have allowed her to use a lot of jutsu.

Bae… what else is there to say?

Temari belongs in the top 10, she was one of the best characters, one of the best kunoichi, one of the most badass, and one of the best ships from the start. She cares about others, but she's also direct and will say it as it is, like she did to Shikamaru. I think she and his dad helped Shikamaru grow immensely after he failed to rescue Sasuke, so she's got that wisdom as well. I also love her intellect and fearlessness, a much better character than Sakura ever was out of Rescue Gaara arc. In fact, she was probably the best kunoichi in her generation.

That's not to say I approve of this perspective, but to protect the village is sometimes to hurt the villagers within the story. Just like how Itachi killed his whole clan to avoid a larger scale conflict, if Danzou thought he needed to seize the power, he'd have let people die for -in his own thinking, at least- the greater good in the long term, which is what he did. The entire series has these kind of gray moves where some sort of justification is given but it doesn't fit within our society's standards.

I'd just say being a shinobi sucks period for this reason alone.

Problem is Itachi could have used Shisui's genjutsu on Danzou or Fugaku to prevent the massacre. And the problem is that hurting the villagers wouldn't have protected them, the way Danzou wanted it, would it have? I mean, the village was attacked in the first place because of Konoha waging war, and because Danzou and Hanzou killed Yahiko, so clearly Danzou's way was wrong. Nothing he did was for the greater good even if he thought it was, so many things came back to bite Konoha in the ass.

At least with what Itachi did, the Uchiha threat did end and didn't really bite the village in the ass too much. The only odd thing is that they were okay with severely reducing the village's strength by killing off the Uchiha.
