iirc the finger count was as follows:
1. Yuji eats finger A in chapter 1.
2. Yuji eats Finger B in chapter 2 (given to him by Gojo).
3. Yuji eats Finger C in prison arc (chapter 8).
4. Yuji
doesnt eat Finger D in junpei arc (nanami hands it in to jujutsu high).
5. Yuji eats Finger E in bridge arc by accident (chapter 63).
That brings us to a total of 4/5 fingers eaten (as of Chapter 106)
6. Mimiko and Nanako pop Finger F in Yuji's mouth in Chapter 111.
That's 5 fingers eaten.
Finger D is one of 6 fingers held by jujutsu high. Mahito steals all 6 of these during the kyoto arc.
Jogo has 10 fingers with him in Chapter 111, so the curses must have sourced the additional 4 (on the assumption that they're using the fingers they stole).
This means that if Yuji eats these 10, he will have eaten 15 in total and we have basically 5 more to go.
