I guess Erza and Mira. Erza and Kagura are more or less equal, if not Erza is stronger. Mira is probably as strong as Erza, especially with her Seilah takeover. I don't know about Ultear, but I think she can be beaten by Erza and Mira. It will still be a quite close win, I think.
