Unrelated, but as I look over this arc, something I'm getting worried about is that Mashima may be writing himself into a corner. Now while Chapter 75 may see Aquarius and/or Irene providing some kind of solution, there is no apparent way to turn their girls back. On top of that, perhaps more significantly, there is no apparent way for Natsu and Gray to get out of these caves, unless the plan is to spend the remainder of the arc in these caves and have the bad guys come to them (which would suck since it's a pretty bland location, especially considering what Elentir other appears like). Now it's not like they've spent that long in the caves (only 1 and 1/2 chapters so far, though it feels much longer), but if they end up staying too long there

Also, I think the story needs to start provide the following answers soon, lest the story start to tie itself up and slow down: a way to turn the girls and Happy back to normal, and a way to get out of the cave. Now they don't actually have to solve these matters, but solutions need to be established to exist, so that they can work towards them. Compare the Aldoron arc, where we didn't have a clear solution to the Whiteout Fairy Tail, but we did have a goal to accomplish , namely "protect the orbs"; here, the only goal is "stay alive". If Aquarius and/or Irene can tell Natsu and/or Gray something to do to keep things going, a real goal to work to makes for a more interesting conflict.

True, but I'm referring to a more immediate goal that they can directly seek out and work towards, not the broader "stopping Selene and saving people" conflict that the whole arc is about.

Erza and "mature"? Lol. Bland? Mira is far more original than Erza's look...which is pretty vanilla for Mashima. How does Mira have a babyface and Erza doesn't? They pretty much all have the same facial structure lol. Personality wise Mira is unmatched with her persona changes.

He only has to touch her, and she let him do it cause they were just messing around. It's not a serious fight for her to have her guard up lol.

Mature LOOK. Mira has huge moe eyes, Erza looks more mature and sexy. Also redheads >>> granny white hair. The only thing original about Mira is her tied up bangs which make her look worse than if she just let them down.

Silver hair and white characters have always been hot on the market lol. Who ties white hair to age anymore? Nah, her tied up bangs makes her stand out amongst the rest of the girls and gives a good view of her pretty face. Not to mention that each of her transformations incorporate that little detail which makes them cooler. Erza reequip designs on the other hand are pretty boring and unimaginative.

Everything? In anime eyes are tightly linked to age and can even tell a bit about a characters personality. There are even japanese terms for this - characters with tarame eyes (Mira) usually have softer personalities while characters with tsurime eyes (Erza) have stronger personalities.
The hair comment wasn't serious lol, not much you can comment about an anime characters appearance other than hair and eyes.

How does Garra hard counter freezing? Also the fact that Naruto verse has pretty ass elemental resistance except for the god tiers. Not the same as inverse scaling of elemental resistance. I'm not saying Irene can neg ice bcs weaker people in another verse have done it, but bcs the weaker people in her verse has.
