Extreme diff either way if Macro and Bind snake are restricted. We saw bind snake work on 100 years quest Erza in the battle of FT II. Also, no reason to doubt Mira's macro vs Jellal either. Mira was compared to Laxus and Jellal in the battle of FT II by Natsu and now Mira is matching current Laxus' reaction time and defense in Alegria which she is now sustaining seemingly like a casual form. Her physical strength also has better feats vs the CBs than Irene Erza'a slashes and Laxus' non red lightning brawling. This is when all 3 have wendy's boosts.

Jellal is always comparable to Laxus and Erza as shown when he beat God Serena who Gildarts wanted to fight at his peak right after Laxus/Erza beat Misaki and Kirin who were both compared to Gildarts by Laxus and Gray. This is in addition to Jellal and Laxus vs Jura, Jellal's feats vs Neinhart and Acnologia AND Mashima teasing Jellal vs Laxus twice in 100 years quest. So really Jellal should still be comparable to Laxus.

If macro and bind snake are restricted then it's really who can pull off their hax first.

Mira is Laxus/Erza tier and was compared to Jellal himself by Natsu so I maintain that without hax it can go like Laxus vs Erza or Erza vs Erza

God Serena was still considered by Gray to be the top Wizard of Ishgar and he was someone Gildarts wanted to fight at full power AND we saw Jellal struggled but beat him with less difficulty than it took Erza/Laxus to beat Misaki/Kirin with their type of hax. He boasted he was abovee Gildarts but really he would be someone with Gildarts hype too. All 3 of them beat these Gildarts-like threats with new moves/powers after a struggle and after they were being countered perfectly.
