Officially the Roger Pirates reached Raftel. But I presume maybe some specific members may not...

It's never been stated that anyone from Roger's crew was left out when reaching Raftel. So as far as we know, everyone ( including Shanks and Buggy )that were part of the crew at the time made it there.

This has been brought up before as to question why then Buggy and Shanks haven't managed to reach the island again and reclaim the treasure.

My thought has always been that firstly Shanks doesn't seem to want any sort of glory or that treasure. He always seems to me that he just wants to be strong enough to do what he wants and go where he pleases.

For Buggy on the other hand, we know that he's weak and considering what we know now about collecting the Road Poneglyphs, and generally surviving the New World, it's a probable reason he's not been able to reach the island again.

Someone might say "well if they were part of the crew, they'd know what the road poneglyphs say and don't need to find it again"... Well true, but it's also possible Roger never shared the exact messages with his apprentices OR even that Raftel might just be difficult to reach if you're not a D. A case of "if it's not meant for you then..."

That last bit is probably more important than the other points I made.

There are a few possibilities as to why Shanks or Buggy have not returned to Raftel to reclaim the One Piece. It's well possible the remaining Roger Pirates don't know how to return to Raftel. They may as well not be interested, like Whitebeard. In Buggy's case, because the One Piece is not material gain.

Or unless Raftel's location keeps changing, meaning it is actually a sky island.

I think we can cross this one off.
It has to be permanent location as the point that 4 red poneglyphs lead to has always to be at the same spot, unless the locations that road poneglyphs represent move accordingly with Raftel too but that is way too wild to be true, imo.

90 minutes ago, Japanese Youtubers called Fischer's posted a video of Oda’s studio. They held an interview with Oda.
Here is my summary of the interview. Oda said he’d like to finish OP in 5 years. He kindly gave 7 autographs to each of the Youtubers.

When the Manga Plus service was announced for the first time, it was unaccessible for Germans since Carlsen Comics has the rights on One Piece in Germany, but it has since then changed and I kind of missed that . So I was pretty excited, but got disappointed immediately...

So my question is, do they always split doublepages into two? If so, that completely sucks. Like wtf what where they thinking? Like how can an official release have a worse quality than the unofficial ones?
And is their payed service the same? If so that's terrible.

I hope they realize that they shot themselves in the leg with that. The doublespreads are always the most amazing pages visually and Oda uses them a lot. If they want to provide an alternative to unlicensed Edited Mangas and make the step forward into the digital age they really should set their quality standards higher.

I was talking about Viz. Do you read via app? Because in the mobile browser page they split the doublepages. If one switches to "read from right to left", one can view the full page by holding it with the finger, but there is still a clearly visibile line between the pages.
