I hope it didn't get stealth killed. I don't write there but it is arguably the biggest One Piece hub and had pretty interesting stuff such as interview translations.

13 pages long chapter to the rescue, information-packed it seems because it has considerably more words than the last 17 pages long chapter.

Good. In the meantime, I have successfully found and viewed the Darth Jar Jar theory, and am profoundly impressed. If only westerners would accept One Piece style comedy, then Lucas could have made him one of the best surprise reveals in cinematic history. A waste.

All the more reason to thank God for Oda's work. I can see characters cast in all their humor, tastefully, and with appropriate terror when they get serious (Like Big Mom and Luffy).

The One Piece series has finally entered the Wano Country arc, both in the manga and the anime. As expected the manga has covered over 30% of the Wano Country

According to the people at Toei, One Piece might actually be ending in the next five years, roughly. The end of the Wano Country arc will signal the beginning of the end of One Piece. After Wano ends, we’ll finally be in the endgame which is what we’ve been waiting for since a long time now.


Furthermore, Shinji Shimizu revealed at the Saudi Anime Expo that Wano Country’s end will have a big surprise for the One Piece fans. On top of that, One Piece‘s ending was also discussed. Oda previously told Shimizu that he had intended to make the ending far more touching than Ace’s death, so prepare for an emotional ending, guys.

The reason why Wano was closed is directly related to One Piece. Since the same people (people of Wano) are the makers of the Poneglyphes, Sea Stones, etc.

I suspect Oden to be aware of the World and maybe the One Piece during his journey with Roger and WB, and how Wano is directly linked to the world and void century. Then he wants to come back and open the borders of Wano. Only when he arrives he sees that Kaido has invaded the country. Thus why his legacy to his nakamas.

I also suspect Roger to create the big Pirate Era in order to make people travel and discover the world. Since the One Piece world is basically islands, the only way to travel is by ship. At some point, WG wants to prevent people of travelling, they creates "pirates" and marines..
Wano must be the last arc in term of narration (Poneglyphes, Sea Stones, etc.). Then the remaining would be SH against BB, then SH against WG and Im-sama (main villan).

Previously, I thought Oda had only referenced the story from which the map is once... But as I've found out he actually references it in another Arc as well and not just any arc... Coincidence? I think not!

Are all these humanoid animals that appeared in cover stories back then just animals, or could them be Minks?

I dont know how that can be explained, it can easily be shrugged off as cover art, since it doesn't specifically feature in a cover story arc either.

But interestingly enough, the automata in Enel's cover page look animal-like, eat food but are robots. The space pirates look like animals too.... Oda might explain their connection to the Minks, specially since we already know a connection between the minks and the moon.

The other interesting group would be the horned humans. Their have been quite a few goat like humans shown, from the one who built Merry, to Caesar Clown... Are they half minks?

Their horns are different, there are some who are clearly sheep/goat like while the rest are more as if the skin has developed into horns and then there are others like Orz and Kaido who are more like cow horns
