I suspect Thatch may actually be quite strong, but it's hard to tell. But it would not be be much higher than Ace's.

The other commanders don't seem so strong. Moriah was capable of fighting Curiel. Squardo was given more spotlight than most commanders. Oven and Daifuku also appear to be stronger than the average Whitebeard commander.

i would actually not even give inu or neko bounties, even some of the members of BMP. BMP are territorial and not administered by the WG. the stronger ones perhaps travel to places and that may justify more...

You're reasoning is sound, but I just don't see Hancock going into the endgame with 500 million. Probably won't make sense, but I imagine all the more recent Shichibukai's bounties will be given a weird boost that doesn't match with how things were calculated before. Then again, it'd make a bit more sense seeing as how they are going to have wrecking tons of military vessels while resisting arrest on their rap sheet.
They can have a lower bounty, but I don't see them just being worth 100 - 200 million. I think they'll all be in the 400+ million range as well.
In regards to the Level 6 members, if we are to go by the bounties of the Calamities and the supposed reasons for their numbers, they themselves should potentially hover near or around the billion mark themselves. I doubt they will, but going by the logic of higher bounties for more destruction, that should be the case. We'll see though.
Hancock can easily beat Queen by just her looks, probably even more YC... but even without those, she's shown to be an excellent fighter. I agree with @HereNThere , 800 sounds great for her.

Very good list and analysis but Jozu and Vista rubs me the wrong way. The entire Marine Ford reacted to Jozu's intro just like they did to Marco. The fact that the two of them also went toe-to-toe with the admirals tells me that they were the most dangerous of the crew. Mihawk was the only one to acknowledge Vista. I would put them in opposite positions.
Its hard to grade who's stronger, Jozu or Vista.... does Vista have a DF ability? if he does and its unknown, that will have an impact... Jozu's ability itself makes him superior against most swordsmen, the only way i see he can be beaten advanced CoA or imbued CoC...
- Jinbe ends the fight with Who’s Who with his mask being destroyed and revealing his identity. Jinbe recognizes and remembers Who’s Who.
- Sanji fights Queen with all his attacks, but no effect due to Queen’s Armament Haki. Sanji is using Observation Haki to dodge Queen’s attacks, which leave him frustrated due to Sanji being Judge’s son.
- Zoro returns to battle and aids Marco against King. Zoro has limited time due to drug side effects.
- Heart pirates bring Luffy back. Luffy feels stronger and states he will turn the Wano battle back in their favor.
