That would be a fun Yonko dynamic to see but I think the Yonko system is going to be gone by the end of One Piece.

I actually see luffy retiring going to login town and standing on the execution sight saying, “wealth, fame power, I left it all in two pieces. Take to the seas and find it.” Which sparks a new pirate age and a new yonko group reformed from the pirates of this generation I do agree the yonko of this age are going to be done at the end of the story. But the yonkos serve as gate keepers beteeen pirate kings

He's also much more explicitly NOT trying to be a hero and yet does a heroism on literally every island he steps foot on. Having the role of mentor thrust on him suddenly would be a really fitting fate for Luffy, especially as a kid side-kick sequel to Momo.

It'd be a truly unexpected and welcome twist if Luffy reluctantly became her mentor and started training her. Luffy doing either of those things is comedy gold and Bonney is the perfect opportunity for Oda.

Calling it now. Saturn is the Zoan Fruit: Kumo Kumo no mi: Model Ushi-Oni/Gyuki.

I would be shocked if Saturn's fruit was anything that didn't include the ability to change into that specific youkai form, honestly. I have a guess for some of the Elders but he's the only one we've seen transform without it being a distorted silhouette. Also, I'm sure it's got to be a mythical zoan specifically and not some non-DF ability, as Oda seems to be avoiding literal representations of the youkai, gods, and spirits he references in this series.

I think because they're both childish (literally a child in Bonney's case) they have depiction of pirates being anti-heroes and don't want to break that, but can't help themselves.

It's interesting, because when Luffy confronted the Numbers, cloned Ancient Giants, he compared them to Oars, who has a similar horn design to Kaido. The Numbers themselves have more traditional similarities to Oni like clubs and loin cloths too.

"Zorro won't get it.
1) It's too long
2) It's in the hands of a man who may well never see action in the series.
3) I've always doubted whether or not Zorro would get a supreme grade blade...as for one they seem universally over sized, and two the sword would automatically overshadow Wadō Ichimonji which seems wrong somehow.

More likely Zorro will simply wield three of the Ō Wazamono Grade Swords equaling collectively the power of a Saijō Ō Wazamono Grade Sword.

And its hilaruous now in hindsight. I mean I was right about Zorro not getting it. But the 5 Elders not being combatants? LOL. Zorro getting the Nidai I still beleived until he left wano without it randomly. I have to beleive that it was actually the plan for him. But Oda just scrapped it out of nostalgia for the Sandai.

Right, I actually made a comment in that orginal thread about weapons being whatever size the person holding them needed it to be basically. Oda's always done that. I'm way more annoyed by the inconsistencies in observation haki. Anyway, nice to see you're still here!

if you go by the theory that says Jupiter is strongest, because, remember the small numbers on the summoning circles, saturn = 5 was shown in a previous chapter, itsumade = 4, warcury = 3, venus = 2, so theorically jupiter has the number 1 and you need to look very carefully, then luffy has to face jupiter ( and eventually turn him into a jumping rope as well just to disappoint some people to which i belong) zoro vs venus, sanji vs warcus.......but who knows what is really going to happen

Zoro fought with a scythe, I doubt a long sword would be a problem for him too handle. Don't think length is a factor.

What I'm most surprised about is Zoro never got the Nidai Kitetsu, there would have been a perfect number scheme:

1. Wado ICHI monji - Ichi = 1
2. NI dai - Ni = 2
3. SAN dai kitetsu - San = 3

Probably not important, thought he'd also leave Enma in Wano too.
