The image shows precisely that Sanji could break Blueno's Tekkai easily.

Blueno has an expression of pain, and Kaku said Sanji almost broke his Tekkai with that second kick.
"Break his tekkai easily" isn't the impression we get from Sanji almost breaking Blueno's tekkai with a concassé, one of his most destructive kicks at the time thanks to the spinning movement. "Almost" means that not even that kick was strong enough for that.

And later on Sanji was also unable to break Jyabura's tekkai, but he proved to be faster than Califa (enough to be overwhelmingly stronger than her in a 1vs1 if she wasn't a woman) and he still surpassed Jyabura by somehow learning Diable Jambe. All in a day's work. It's a very impressive growth rate taking into account that we don't even see Sanji ever train and that in some arcs he also fights less than his crewmates.

Sanji broke Jabra's Tekkai several of times before using Diable Jamble.

Had Sanji been prepared, he would easily defeat Blueno. Probably a mere third kick would do it at that time.

I'll admit that the argument could be made that he didn't break through Jabra's Tekkai, but Jabra's inner monologue on the next page at the very least implied Sanji's kicks were coming close to doing so.

Given the pain on Jabra's face each time Sanji kick him, pretty sure it's confirmed he broke through already and DJ was just too much for him overall.

man, things people do to prove Sanji is weak... like even saying Zoro is stronger isn't enough....

Even the part where he fought Vergo, he had just received his body back and the body was already significantly weakened when Nami had his body... Nope, not good enough.... Zoro gets pierced by Hawkins, acceptable..

CP9 was the clear part of showing how all the strawhats will improve.. everyone had their powerups improved, even Usopp with his sniping from a great distance...except Robin and Franky i guess.... Blueno was shown to be strong before they reached and eventually was beaten... Sanji breaking his ribs was proof that Sanji had scaled up his attack to break through Tekkai.. Sure Blueno wasn't moving but the Tekkai wasn't enough.. His skill was highlighted by taking down Jabra, who was as strong as Kaku without DF abilitiies....

Just small community that thinks that. Fanbase as a whole know what and how Sanji from pre-timeskip to now. I don't get notion why they can't be equal as Oda always push Sanji and Zoro to be in that type of relationship their fighting whether verbal or physical shows that even to this arc. Oda can't state who is stronger as he likes rivalry between them and see it going even to EOS where they continue fighting even in their Prime. Sanji along with rest of the crew will grow stronger and hit on being one of the top tiers of NG, so thinking otherwise on Sanji is more illogical on his power as obviously he is growing stronger. Got be prepared for Sanji facing stronger challenges as series goes on in future arcs after all.

According to the Vivre Card, Zoro is the second strongest

And IMHO Oda has already indirectly provided the "power level" of Zoro and Sanji with their CP9 matches, Zoro is 1% stronger than Sanji
i agree. Zoro is always depicted as stronger than sanji, which is reasonable since he's the first mate of SHP

Well technically he states him as Vice-Captain more than truly stronger than Sanji as no mention on that especially in manga he push them equals which each other as he never outright state about who is stronger, but he does states the occupation of them though and obviously he isn't stronger than Luffy at all.

Not necessarily as manga says otherwise on how they see each other and their enemies. He is right-hand man no doubt, but Sanji is Luffy's left-hand man and both are treated more on equal level from verbal, fighting, leading, and so on.

Whats a left hand man?
It's like another leader for the crew if captain away and same status to right-hand man. Both positions don't follow each other unless they have to, but in same status of authority except with the Captain themselves. There been certain crews having someone like that. Roger with Rayleigh and Gaban who can lead the crew into battle and command them the same, Kaido has King and Queen who were introduce the same and do not listen to each other nor respect their authority, but will come together only by Kaido's command. It pushes more as you see Jack being afraid and respect them both when addressing them around equal manner than favoring one over the other on how context shows. Plus in real life perspective, King and Queen are seen as same authority instead of one over the other in many countries, so it does push narrative between them and how they act to each other.

Blackbeard has Burgess and Shiryu who judging by their roles over 1 and 2 ships they are push as top guys for him as well. There are many examples of crews not just having right-hand man, but left-hand man as well. Given how Oda push them when they are together make sense between Sanji and Zoro as you really can't envision them accepting who is stronger than other nor taking orders from them unless it serious situation which they don't mind in that.

Similarly reliable as the right hand man, but to lesser extent basically.
Not really lesser comparing to example of the others. Oda push the narrative they more equal especially with certain crews having both.

Right, similar to Right hand man, has Sanji been referred to as such and has any other character? Because I've tried googling it but not found any notable about organisations.

It's more of an unofficial designation in most cases. It's not used often because there usually isn't a third person and the right hand man is usually all that's needed in most narratives or situations.

And no, aside from general portrayal, there hasn't been any moment where Sanji is referred to as such. The only slight indication we have is Luffy vouching for Sanji in Zou.

It's a similar situation as Tousen from Bleach. For all intents and purposes, he's equal to Gin in Aizen's army, but there is a clear difference in portrayal and treatment from a narrative standpoint. Aizen trusts Tousen and knows he'll get the job done, but he treats Gin a tad bit differently and appears to respect him a little bit more.

It shown a lot Luffy see Sanji on leadership and command like the assault on BMP for one as well hearing him lead during different arcs like Enies Lobby for example. There also been other characters treated on same status with each other with no authority over the other like King and Queen for example. Oda does show it a lot with certain crews on their dynamic.

I wouldn't really use that as a example on this as you can tell different of relationship on how Aizen seen Gin and Tousen differently and not really should use same of another series for OP given they work different on dynamics. There been more cases where Luffy leave Sanji in charge than just Zou one and even others took his lead and authority before. You don't need to say 'left-hand man' to know Sanji is seen in that position with Luffy just same we don't here anyone calling Zoro 'right-hand man' in manga and more calling him the 'subordinate' if anything, but doesn't take away on how Luffy see them both when he isn't around in taking care of the crew.

nah sanji is below zoro in terms of power level. Zoro fights enemies stronger than who sanji fights

Correct me if I'm wrong, but to me pre Ennies Lobby Sanji could barely break through Blueno's tekkai...

With Jabra though, wasn't Sanji clearly above him power-level wise? I mean at least in anime he seemed to be superior. Even his normal kicks were effective against Jabra's tekkai, no?
