Chapter 48: Turn into the everything but human me

our translator native language is german so every so often english is off im thinking of just rewording it as "Turn everything into Human but me" but i want to make sure translation is right first, the title is from Visual Kei musican Kenji Ohtsuki song from the album Agitator. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTlJpf3pNco

Oh, I see.

I think that sentence is easier to understand if you imagine it like this: それが"十月機関”の言葉かね. It doesn't really matter if the それが is at the start or at the end. それが"十月機関”の言葉かね and "十月機関”の言葉かね、それが means the same.

In this case it refers to what they said, apparently.

First one is about the ceiling, probably something about the line "That's for destroying my ceiling", because that's what it did.
No clue about the next bubbles.
Last two are "It's me, Genos" and "Saitama-sensei" (at least if I'm correct).

Bubble starting from top right:

"Pay for my ceiling" [弁償する to compensate]
"A lot of konbu had been left outside your door"
"Fast approaching reaction" [Sorry for leaving it literal. Probably means he detects something approaching at high speed -> "High-speed approach detected"]
"So you really did come"

And the last two bubbles are as you said.

猫神さまとか関係なし に: Regardless if s/he is the Cat God or not
いい子よね: s/he is a good kid.
Aside from being the Cat God, s/he is simply a good kid.
*"kid" can be translated as "kitty" or something if it is actually a cat.

Here's another one that I have trouble translating.
クロのことキうイになつちゃつたのかな…

クロのことキうイになつちゃつたのかな… is probably: クロのことキライになっちゃったのかな...

I wonder if [she, he, they] doesn't/don't like Kuro any longer/more...

How would you translate 武闘派 here? "Radical"? The guy being talked about is a journalist, and it's not like he's advocating for violence or anything.

(Somebody please correct me if I'm mistaken)
I might go with "hard-liner" here but I'm not sure if this is on the spot, I can't think of an exact English equivalent at the moment.
Here it probably means he has a fighting spirit. That or/and he 'fights' his way through to get his deal.
